We recently integrated our Yotpo reviews with our website and we are very happy with the resulting page design and functionality. We had excellent customer service (thanks, Anne!) and help with the installation. We would highly recommend Yotpo and their talented team.

We have been using Yotpo for around 6 months. The consumer facing functionality and aesthetics are great, and the admin interface is intuitive/ easy to use. Particularly impressed with the customer service team who respond in seconds, are extremely knowlegable/ capable and always helpful.

I installed Yotpo on my original Go Daddy shop and when I switched to a Shopify store I was able to transfer all my great customer reviews from the old shop to the new. I am not technically inclined at all to do this myself so I reached out to support. Thank goodness for their help!! Wonderful support team and they made sure I got every last review transferred!

So far so good, have had downloaded for a couple of days. I did come across a few problems setting up due to my lack of understanding the setup process. However, when I reached out for support they came in and were able to target the issue and resolve it. I was shocked at how fast they responded and resolved my issue. Would recommend trying out at least!

I have used this app for a long time and it works seamlessly and should you perchance have any issue the support is outstanding. Highly recommend. :)

So very helpful! Solved something we couldn't THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Yopto is so great for showing reviews! It gives us credibility and a lot of assistance in sales. We would love to work with shopify and yopto again, the customer service is so amazing. Everyone is so helpful and fast to respond. thanks again! WE are so grateful!

Jeorge Kenneth thru the website helped me put my reviews back on my website that had disappeared. It appears my widget somehow got uninstalled and all my reviews disappeared. He put them back on for me. Great help. Thank you.

Works fine and easy to install! But it is too expensive. Everything cost, if you would like ratings on your Google Shopping Ads it starts from USD 249/month. Now looking to move over to other apps that are more cost effective. A bit of lack from support also..

Yotpo is cool, but this rating is for Paul specifically. He helped me transfer my reviews from my old website, and I was a pain, but he was patient, kind and helpful. I LOVE YOU, PAUL!
