Really good tool. I am satisfied. Every time I need help I receive some. Just like today from Warly. I used the app to collect reviews on my product page for my on line store that I launch this month. It's really user-friendly. I had problem to collect review from the previous application I used and I contacted the assistance ( Eunice) on the chat and it was really helpfull. I am satisfied ! I had another problem more recently and Radly was very kind and understanding. Yopto has a very good IT support service. I need it another time for the on site widget and Rhemy helped me ! Thank you Rhemy R :-). I had a problem with the reviews caroussel and I received a quick and good support as always from Howell Keith.

Ed went above and beyond to help me. He helped install various things on my website so that it look visually appealing to my clients. I really really appreciate all that he has done for me. I love this app and have been using it for 2.5 years. I recently updated my theme and the reviews were no longer showing on the dedicated review page. I reached out to Yopto and Gimbert fixed what I need and more. He added the reviews back to the review page and also added reviews to each product page. Thank you.

Really impressed with Yotpo's service. The best I've experienced from a Shopify app vendor. I worked with Eunice, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to help me install the on-site widgets.
