I have had a number of bespoke coding and CSS improvement requests since installing Yotpo over 18 months ago and Yotpos customer service has delivered on each occasion. Not only is the app awesome at efficiently collecting reviews for my business but the customer service is A1! Keep up the good work guys and keep employing your awesome customer service reps / devs. Excellent!

Great and well worth the money when compared to other review platforms. There were a few teething problems as there are with many apps, but Jo fixed all of them in good time. The review requests convert quickly and enabled us to collect over 100 reviews from past customers within a day. We'll stick with Yotpo and recommend it to others. ** Also they are great with online chat support Reymon Alvero helped me recently and was super helpful!

I had a struggle at first getting it where I wanted it on the website. But Josephine E helped me get it all straightened out. She was SO HELPFUL and patient and walked me through everything. I wish more companies had customer service as good as this. The app LOOKS GREAT on our website!

Great customer service/support. We were in the process of changing our platforms and not sure if we could move the reviews, use the same account, and so on. But Josephine made it so easy she even placed all the widgets and star ratings on the website. Amazing service. Hats off!! Thank you!

Yotpo is terrific. Too many apps in the marketplace, but this one is definitely a must. Additionally they have an ecosystem of complimentary apps that to my knowledge are also much needed to grow your store

I used this app for two yeras trying to get reviews. My atore was havi g performance issues and a SEO audit discovered that it addS block of information that conflicts with google search. Reach them several times, they could not offer a solution. If you appreciate your business, DON’T install it, you will regret it

So far Yotpo has been beyond amazing! Diane has been helping me as I had a few difficulties and everything has been a breeze after that! Looking forward now to have many reviews on my site. Brilliant app. Thanks!

Amazing product and great customer service when I needed to resolve a few minor issues. We've collected 10x more reviews with this app than with standard Shopify reviews.

The app does the work of collecting reviews. However, note the app stops collecting reviews when your shop sells over 50 products a month. I had installed this app in the middle of the month with over 10 orders processed in my store to start with, so it quickly reached the limit and now the app has stopped unless I upgrade my plan. Our site sells over 50 products a month regardless of the help of this app, so it is difficult to understand why the plans are charged based on products sold. Only a third of our customers return with reviews so the plans should be charged based on the number of reviews collected.

We've only had a few weeks -so far so good. Customer service chat is fast and able to answer questions!

VERY RESPONSIVE!! Even in a tough environment where not a lot of companies respond to anything..... Awesome Support and integration. I do not have much experience either and was able to make the connection.
