Yotpo works great, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the team. I just had more things I needed help with, and Ronel R was able to help me out. He kept me in the loop with updates, and we had a meeting to discuss my issues. He was incredibly helpful.

We've used Yotpo for handling our customer reviews for the last four years or so now. The system has worked flawlessly for us. The system allows us to customize how the review system works for us and it has never caused a problem. Today I asked Yotpo to import some reviews from products we acquired from another site and the agent was so fast and responsive! We had an error in our file and on a webpage and the agent corrected the file for us and let us know about the error so we could correct it and the import was completed successfully. All of this happened within a 30 minute time span! Excellent product... excellent service!

We are very satisfied with the Yotpo app, but even more so with the customer support. As a new business, we made an error in setting up Yotpo, and the customer service agent went well out of her way to help us in rectifying the situation. I'm sure it took her a long time to fix the problem we created, but she didn't even hesitate and followed up to make sure that everything was okay. Great customer service!

This is the first time we have had reviews on our site, having looked at all the feedback from previous users we went with Yotpo, it was the right decision, it's easy to use and the support is great. We had a few technical issues, and Paul helped us straight away to get everything looking the way we wanted. Great job Yotpo!

UPDATE: Since the review and us telling Yotpo we are not interested, the sales representative, has reached out on our live chat to tell us how poorly our sales must be since we do not have many reviews. Further reinforcing our decision to not work with them. TL:DR Check out Loox. I wasted 3 days trying to make this tool work and should've just went with Loox from the get-go. Wow, very bad customer service. I signed up excited because of the many companies they work wit, but the product is very limited and they try to push you into an annual package for $8,000. After expressing our limited budget they didn't even bring up the $49 package. Once finding the $49 package for ourselves they said we had over 300 orders and had to upgrade to $299? (this was not the case). After more custom support request they allowed us to proceed.
