This apps been great at collecting product reviews to help new customers trust the brand. We're a very new brand so these reviews along with the visual reviews is massively helping us to create customer loyalty and trust! Highly recommend it.

Great application to make your visitors trust your store, on top of that, no joke these guys are providing stupendous support. You have a problem they've got your back. Loved the response, i recently had some installation issue, had this guy Jo Lorenz and Eunice next minute to help me out. Such a gem of a person he is, i hope the same from the whole team these guys have. Kudos! You guys have a great future

10/9/2022 update: Many thanks to Djan for helping me out with a spacing issue on the star rating on my store. I spend several hour trying to figure it out on my own then reach out to Yotpo and they were as responsive as ever. Yotpo offers amazing customer service. I ran into an issue and someone was there to help me quickly resolve the issue. I would recommend Yotpo to all Shopify store owners who want to help build trust and collect customer feedback to improve their products and service offerings. I needed help adjusting the review's setting and used the live chat to enquire for help. Junalou was kind and patient enough to understand and provide me with the assistance I needed. Extremely happy with the service. Junalou also made further recommendations to add certain features to my online shop which I felt was extremely thoughtful. Also James was very helpful too
