Yotpo: Product Reviews App

This app is amazing for helping to gather reviews. IT offers email functionality so that you can solicit new customers for reviews when they buy, you can even offer a coupon for a completed review. Their tech support was very responsive and even installed code for me. I highly recommend this app!

Diane was great and has helped me over and over with any issues I have! I am very happy with the support and the app itself.

The support is wonderful! I wanted to collaborate all my reviews onto one page but found the instuctions difficult as there was a fair amount of coding involved. Lemuel C added to the code to my website and I now have a wonderful reviews page where customers can see all my 100s of reviews in one place. Thank you so much Lemuel!

Great app, easy to use for customer reviews. Nice clean layout that looks good on any website. Customer service is exceptional, very quick to fix up any issue I have. Highly recommend!

Photo reviews are only available for paid plan 30 usd per month that is too much to pay every month I have deleted this app but they still sending emails to my customers w

This App has been very helpful user friendly, and covers many areas. Support is excelent, and the results are very fast. Really good app to build social validation of our products and services.

I thought this app would be helpful but it only sent like 20% of the review emails. Most customers have reported they never received a review email. Waste of time!

They were very attentive as I transferred reviews from my old theme to new theme. Sometimes response to emails within 5 minutes and problem fixed. looking great although I wish their logo didn't have to show on my webpage.

The app is incredible, it gives more credibility to the product you are selling. The assit is great, and very efficient. Thanks alot for your support.

The ONLY thing I don't like about this app is that it says it is a drag and drop (or however you say it) and it's not. I had to get help from someone at Yotpo to add it to my website, however that service was EASY and GREAT. I am super happy with how they installed the app.

Had an issue, complained, and got a polite and helpful resolution immediately. Brilliant customer service. Unlike some other apps for shopify. Highly recommend and totally trustworthy. Very good experience.

Have been using this app since we began with Shopify. There has never been an issue with it and their customer support team has been nice to work with! I believe that having these reviews have led to further sales from customers who see what others have to say.

It does as it claims. Could be more user friendly for non-techies BUT Support Staff is great. Josehine E. understood my lack of skills and patiently and skillfully resolved my issues. Also appreciate that it integrates so well with Social, SEO, etc. Best Reviews program I have found.

I have only had the app for less than 24 hours and already received 7 positive reviews from our customers. I was having trouble installing the widget on my own, but Josephine was super helpful. She installed everything including adding reviews to my collection page. Now our site looks even more credible. Love this all and the quick and professional customer service! Thanks Josephine!
