Amazing product and great customer service when I needed to resolve a few minor issues. We've collected 10x more reviews with this app than with standard Shopify reviews.
Great customer service, i has been customizing this APP and that's amazing, i can manage reviews, custimize them, and show real reviews in my website. Also really good customer service, thanks for all the support, so fast and nice one :)

The app does the work of collecting reviews. However, note the app stops collecting reviews when your shop sells over 50 products a month. I had installed this app in the middle of the month with over 10 orders processed in my store to start with, so it quickly reached the limit and now the app has stopped unless I upgrade my plan. Our site sells over 50 products a month regardless of the help of this app, so it is difficult to understand why the plans are charged based on products sold. Only a third of our customers return with reviews so the plans should be charged based on the number of reviews collected.

Our pricing model is available on our website and in your Yotpo admin - For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from $19 up to $249 a month. As part of Yotpo's effort to generate the most reviews for our customers, we offer 200 extra orders for new users to help get them started in the best way possible and generate reviews from past orders. VERY RESPONSIVE!! Even in a tough environment where not a lot of companies respond to anything..... Awesome Support and integration. I do not have much experience either and was able to make the connection.

Yotpo works great, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by the team. I just had more things I needed help with, and Ronel R was able to help me out. He kept me in the loop with updates, and we had a meeting to discuss my issues. He was incredibly helpful.

We've used Yotpo for handling our customer reviews for the last four years or so now. The system has worked flawlessly for us. The system allows us to customize how the review system works for us and it has never caused a problem. Today I asked Yotpo to import some reviews from products we acquired from another site and the agent was so fast and responsive! We had an error in our file and on a webpage and the agent corrected the file for us and let us know about the error so we could correct it and the import was completed successfully. All of this happened within a 30 minute time span! Excellent product... excellent service!

We are very satisfied with the Yotpo app, but even more so with the customer support. As a new business, we made an error in setting up Yotpo, and the customer service agent went well out of her way to help us in rectifying the situation. I'm sure it took her a long time to fix the problem we created, but she didn't even hesitate and followed up to make sure that everything was okay. Great customer service!

Their support team is really helpful! They can also upload your old reviews from other sources onto Yotpo, and they do it for you!
