Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Great app and great customer service too. I recently updated my website and lost all my reviews and they had them back on there in no time.

After wasting a few hrs, I reached out to Yopto and Doner P helped me resolve this issue so swiftly. He did a great job and i have to give kudos to him on how much he knows about resolving issues on this platform. Thanks so much. It's resources like this that keeps us shopify owners using this app!

Superb customer support. Responsive, helpful and above all - kind. I had made a bit of a mess at my end and they quickly corrected my error. Support staff is Golden.

This is the first time we have had reviews on our site, having looked at all the feedback from previous users we went with Yotpo, it was the right decision, it's easy to use and the support is great. We had a few technical issues, and Paul helped us straight away to get everything looking the way we wanted. Great job Yotpo!

UPDATE: Since the review and us telling Yotpo we are not interested, the sales representative, has reached out on our live chat to tell us how poorly our sales must be since we do not have many reviews. Further reinforcing our decision to not work with them. TL:DR Check out Loox. I wasted 3 days trying to make this tool work and should've just went with Loox from the get-go. Wow, very bad customer service. I signed up excited because of the many companies they work wit, but the product is very limited and they try to push you into an annual package for $8,000. After expressing our limited budget they didn't even bring up the $49 package. Once finding the $49 package for ourselves they said we had over 300 orders and had to upgrade to $299? (this was not the case). After more custom support request they allowed us to proceed.

First off, I used to HATE Yotpo. I used another sales platform and did not like the way it was difficult for customers to leave reviews. Once we switched to Shopify, Jack from Yotpo reached out and was able to fix the issues and concerns. He pointed me to Josephine E. who did an OUTSTANDING job in transferring my reviews from the other platform to Shopify and the response time was ridiculously fast. She even went above and beyond with helping me put the right information into the spreadsheets. I HIGHLY recommend Yotpo. Their integration was easy enough for me to input codes and I know very little about coding and the changes showed up within hours.

Great app! Been using this app on our site for over a year and we are very satisfied. Today i needed some help setting up my star rating on my collection page and i sent a customer service request and within an hour had a response and what i needed was taken care of immediately. The Yotpo rep i dealt with is Josephine E. Josephine was very helpful, explained everything and made sure what i needed was taken care of quickly. I love good customer service like this, makes me feel confident, that we are with the right company.

After installation I had a few issues however Yotpo's level 2 support team were very helpful and worked to resolve the issue. I'm happy the the app and now expanding it's usage on my site.
