Yotpo: Product Reviews App

*UPDATE 05-22-2020* YotPo reached out to me following my review and extended out options to improve my experience. I am a firm believer of customer service and I believe I would do injustice to not adjust my review to a full 5 stars for a great app paired by service that follows-through. ----------------------------------- Yotpo has incredible customer service and have helped me with numerous issues for my site. I've had questions and issues that I've discussed with them at weird times of day and they always have someone there to respond and provide support (shoutouts to Mary Ann and Josephine who are among the names I remember working with who were absolutely amazing). I would list them as one of the top Shopify apps with top-notch customer service. The only reason I placed it at a 4 out of 5 is that I personally think YotPo could be more competitive with its features for the price it is charging as it is actually one of my "pricier" Shopify apps I currently have on my store. I am paying for the $29/month plan but still have a "Powered by Yotpo" shown on my website in the reviews section and if a customer that purchases my product loses my automatic review request email, my plan does not allow me to send a manual email review request. The product page review section also does not allow for customer to upload their photo, photo uploads can only be performed through the email review request system. Besides those items, the interface is clean. The set up is very intuitive. The presentation on the website looks great.

Yotpo has definitely helped gather reviews and increase our conversion. Their team is responsive and quick to help navigate you through install and maintenance.

We like Yotpo, but the best of the best is its customer service. We were stuck with an issue about our products and Mary Ann at Yotpo really helped us. She worked for two days until our problem was solved. We don't give them 10 stars on the review just because it is not available. We are just very happy with this service! Thanks Mary Ann!!

This is a great app for anyone looking to add social validation to their site. Easy to set up and configure. The best part? Their customer service is amazing. Super fast and very helpful!

An update to my review, support is beyond awesome, Rhemy just helped us with reinstalling the app after we changed the theme. Yes, she is working on Sundy, very smart and very quick. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give to Yotpo and Rhemy! This app has great features and even though it is new to us, we can see that it will have a positive impact on our sales. Another thing, support is amazing; we had an issue on a Saturday and support responded in a few minutes and fixed the issue in another few even though we're still on the free version!

Seriously incredible platform to grow your brand via trust. The easiest way to show your customers, rather than tell.

They rope you deeper and deeper into an abyss of fees. YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE COLOUR OF YOUR BUTTON IN YOUR EMAIL without the Email Template Editor, which is only available on Premium Plans. We were paying $299/month and we could not change the colour of an email button?? The support is good, but you have to stay on them. They tried to blame my theme for some issues when the theme was Testament, a pretty major theme on Shopify. I stuck to my guns and eventually got some CSS from them that solved my problem. Shogun integration is not as seamless as they say it is, but it does work with some help from support. It's a lot of money, so I expect an easier experience than I've had thus far, and as I've gone into a deeper dive, it seems VERY APPARENT that anything lacking is lacking BY DESIGN! To get you roped into deeper and deeper monthly fees. STAY AWAY! They were once good, they are now GREEDY and terrible. I honestly feel bad for their customer support team.

Just started using Yotpo and have been really impressed with it's functionality. I had to bring existing reviews in from another review app and Caroline was absolutely fantastic in helping me get reviews imported and styled correctly in my store. Thanks Yotpo!

Yotpo is very easy to use and their customer service is great. They help me with any issues right away. Their app has helped my website grow sales greatly and I don't regret using them. Their support is the best because they're very hands-on.

Might be the best customer service I've ever had. Chat live twice, fixed my problem and added some addition features I didn't know I had. LOVE THEM!!
