Fantastic app to collect reviews from your customers. Really easy to use for both company and customers. Plus, the support from the Yotpo team is absolutely perfect.

So far I'm really liking this app, currently I'm running the free version and its very easy to set up, I did have a little conflict with Shopify's reviews but a quick email to the developers and they sorted it all out for me which is great because I don't want to get involved with any code. Still early days but so far this is the best review app available and I thoroughly recommend it. Juat had another tweak by Diane, great work and all done very quickly

I use Yotpo to generate customer reviews for my store. Since I have a payed account now I have the possibility to integrate pictures and other gadgets. Junalou helped me in setting this all up in the way that I wanted it to be. Thank you for your great support. That was fast and great work.

This app has great functionality and met our needs in terms of being able to automatically collect verified reviews and post these on our site and social media. There are lots of resources on their website to install and set up the app but if you have any issues the help desk responds quickly and is very helpful and diligent.

ask for how to export Q&A, there is no option in your Yotpo Admin to export. Ron help to do this. Thank you so much.

YotPo is a super-weird name, but honestly, it's working really great for us. Now, we did start with the premium plan and it was pretty costly, but we have since moved to Growth 100, then Growth 200, and that seems to be a sweet-spot for where we are at now. YotPo does everything and it's working really nicely for us.

Over priced when your orders increase. There's other review apps with the same functionality for 20% of the price.

It works well once configured properly. Needed some support and Bernard handled it promptly and effectively. Love this App so far.
