An update to my review, support is beyond awesome, Rhemy just helped us with reinstalling the app after we changed the theme. Yes, she is working on Sundy, very smart and very quick. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give to Yotpo and Rhemy! This app has great features and even though it is new to us, we can see that it will have a positive impact on our sales. Another thing, support is amazing; we had an issue on a Saturday and support responded in a few minutes and fixed the issue in another few even though we're still on the free version!

They rope you deeper and deeper into an abyss of fees. YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE COLOUR OF YOUR BUTTON IN YOUR EMAIL without the Email Template Editor, which is only available on Premium Plans. We were paying $299/month and we could not change the colour of an email button?? The support is good, but you have to stay on them. They tried to blame my theme for some issues when the theme was Testament, a pretty major theme on Shopify. I stuck to my guns and eventually got some CSS from them that solved my problem. Shogun integration is not as seamless as they say it is, but it does work with some help from support. It's a lot of money, so I expect an easier experience than I've had thus far, and as I've gone into a deeper dive, it seems VERY APPARENT that anything lacking is lacking BY DESIGN! To get you roped into deeper and deeper monthly fees. STAY AWAY! They were once good, they are now GREEDY and terrible. I honestly feel bad for their customer support team.

Just started using Yotpo and have been really impressed with it's functionality. I had to bring existing reviews in from another review app and Caroline was absolutely fantastic in helping me get reviews imported and styled correctly in my store. Thanks Yotpo!

Yotpo is very easy to use and their customer service is great. They help me with any issues right away. Their app has helped my website grow sales greatly and I don't regret using them. Their support is the best because they're very hands-on.

Might be the best customer service I've ever had. Chat live twice, fixed my problem and added some addition features I didn't know I had. LOVE THEM!!

I used this app for more than six months, every time they have an fast, excellent support for free customisations and free advice. Couldn't recommend more. They always know what you want and help you make changes no questions asked. I changed my theme multiple times and used a lot of apps but the support at yotpo is among the best.

I needed to migrate reviews from an old reviews app to Yotpo. I couldn't believe how quickly customer support helped me out with this. Excellent communication. Thanks Paul! I am updating my review to include a shoutout for Eduardo R -- thanks for your help and the amazing customer service! The Yotpo integration to our new theme worked really smoothly! Updating to add a shoutout to Reymon Alvero for the help today!

Updated 15.10.23 Ruzsel J in support was outstanding. I wanted to upgrade my YOTPO widgets from V2.0 to V 3.0. I explained all my issues and current state of play. Ruzsel was quick to upgrade everything and fix a couple of bugs with format etc. A true credit to your organisation and once again your support is 5 Star! Thanks so much Updated 26th April 2023: My new theme update caused a conflict with some of the YOTPO code, which meant that the YOTPO review badge and product images within the carousel did not display correctly. I lodged a support ticket and Nicole was super helpful and was able to identify the issue swiftly, providing a great explanation as to the root cause and updating my code with some script to fix the issue. Another 5 Stars for great support! Really easy to install and set-up so far. I have the star rating icon showing on my cart prompt, set-up an SEO page and automatic review collections enabled within 2 hours. I had one small query, so I emailed support. I was amazed at how quickly my question was answered. Diane provided excellent customer service. Look forward to collecting many more reviews.

We were looking for a review app that also was proactive and sent review request. Yotpo fit the bill perfectly and that customer support is beyond amazing. Danreb went above and beyond and helped us get setup on our shopify store that had a difficult theme integrate with.

Awesome app, very robust yet steam-lined. Exactly what we were looking for. Had some issues installing the app with our theme however the customer support by Caroline was AMAZING and fast. She took over immediately and solved our problem. Highly recommended. Update: We needed up once again because we upgraded themes and of course, the service was excellent. Mary Ann helped solve our issues promptly. Couldn't ask for better service! Update #3, Needed help with something that was a bit more complicated and of course, we received fantastic service once again, from Anne. Update #4 Needed help again and Donald was the man! Super quick and solved our issues with ease. Update #5&6. We were having some issues with reviews not showing up correctly and Kenn and Allen both helped solved the issue super quickly. They were super friendly and fast!

I struggled with getting our reviews from our old site being seen on our new Shopify site, the yotpo help sheets were not clear enough for me. However once I reached out and explained, I received great, clear and very speedy service from Diane!
