This app has great functionality and met our needs in terms of being able to automatically collect verified reviews and post these on our site and social media. There are lots of resources on their website to install and set up the app but if you have any issues the help desk responds quickly and is very helpful and diligent.

We've used this app for product reviews and love it. It drives so much traffic back to our store with email review requests, i'd recommend giving it a try.

ask for how to export Q&A, there is no option in your Yotpo Admin to export. Ron help to do this. Thank you so much.

YotPo is a super-weird name, but honestly, it's working really great for us. Now, we did start with the premium plan and it was pretty costly, but we have since moved to Growth 100, then Growth 200, and that seems to be a sweet-spot for where we are at now. YotPo does everything and it's working really nicely for us.

The application is the best of its kind. Very helpful for every business. Very good communication with social media and very good support. Whenever I needed some help, I got it right away

Over priced when your orders increase. There's other review apps with the same functionality for 20% of the price.

It works well once configured properly. Needed some support and Bernard handled it promptly and effectively. Love this App so far.

Yotpo has to be the best choice when it comes to reviews. Solid integration. Good support. And more and more other 3rd party apps are starting to play nice with them. If you're reading this, I really wouldn't waste any more time shopping for a review app. Get this one and move on.

Hands down one of the best review apps out there that every shopify store should trial at the least. Apart from the product being so comprehensive, their customer support is also second to none, responses received within 24 hours and on point. Only drawback I'd say is their subscriptions are quite pricey especially when you move up the tiers.

I had to import all my existing reviews and the team was very helpful! they answered my questions same day, helped me out quickly and showed me what to do exactly in order to have all the reviews imported correctly. I had a question about Yotpo Reviews and being included in Google Snippets, the in app support is great and quick to respond.

I’ve had this app for several years and love it. Great outlet for customer reviews. I recently switched e-commerce platforms and Yotpo support (Neah) was so helpful with assisting & troubleshooting. Great service!
