Yotpo has been fantastic, I'm generating lots of verified 5 star reviews that are being displayed on a carousal on the home page, and individual reviews being displayed on the product pages. The service is second to none, the live chat is instant, and actions are taken straight away to rectify any issues I have. This is a great App.

The free version of this app is perfect for a small store like mine. I have been really impressed with the support that I have received any time that I have had an issue. Recently I had a problem with a review that hadn't pushed over to my Shopify store. Paul from support quickly fixed my issue and wrote back to let me know. Once I have the need to upgrade, I will definitly continue to use Yotpo!

I downloaded this app because its the best rated on the market and it didnt disappoint. I initially input the code myself but my theme had dramas and i contacted customer service where I was met by Diane. she copied my theme input the new code to ensure reviews were on product and collection pages and lastly just got me to publish. The customer service was quick effective and top notch. Thanks once again Diane

I needed help with getting the reviews to show up on my product pages. I contacted custmer support and they fixed the problem. Happy everything is now working!

Love Yotpo. It really increases conversion rate on the site and has a lot of cool features, like google seller ratings and a facebook review tab.

Was looking for an easy was to get some reviews from my customers. Super easy to set up. Customer service was outstanding, even helping out over the Christmas period. Leizel Ann was really easy to communicate with and helpful. Reviews are coming in now, they even helped with some custom coding to get the app to fit on my website.

Yotpo is the clear leader in this space. The apps integrate very nicely with the store (as well as email and Google) and the tech support is fantastic.

This review is specifically for Jo Lorenz, who assisted us so quickly, efficiently and precisely. Our review widget suddenly wasn't showing up. Jo immediately requested access to dive in and fix the issue. The issue was fixed in the same day access was granted. We noticed the mobile layout was off, and that was fixed nearly immediately after contacting Jo. Thanks Jo!

This is the best review app I've ever tried! App's design have a great UX design and customer service is really fast! They help me for free while other apps asked 10€ to install a widget.

Updating and transitioning reviews can be tedious but support will walk you through. A fall down of what is currently available is if you have various modifiers of the same sku (different channels) you can't select who gets review emails, and who does not- so you can waste a lot on wholesale.

Overall the app is pretty good. I have to give it a 4 because product grouping isn't available unless you buy their premium plan which in my case would be $12k/year. This is something I'd highly recommend they change to lower plans as Shopify has a limited variation capability which means you might fall in our case of having to split the product by colors or sizes due to the number of high variation or more than 3 variations.

great support, couldn't integrate myself though. Handy for requesting reviews as customers tend not to do them autonomously.
