i did not give this app a 5 star because it's not easy to find someone in support to help you without referring you to articles. For start ups, you might find that frustrating. Don't give up..This app really does have features start up need and that your customers will appreciate. I finally found someone to help

Excellent app to follow up with customers and generate reviews. Even better support when one has any questions. Very pleased with the app and the services, highly recommend it.

App is a little expensive but it's super solid and the chat support is great. No annoying timeouts when you go mia for a few minutes doing other work. Thanks

This app has been great for us. Recently changed themes and had to contact support to reinstate my star ratings. Russel was was awesome. He jumped right on the problem and had it completely resolved in less than an hour. Very pleased.

Great app! Support is very helpful and it does exactly what we need it to do. I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to generate reviews on their site.

Their customer service is amazing. Every issue I've had, they have been on top of it and fixed it right away. The app itself is great so far (only a few weeks in) but will do another review as more reviews trickle in. — WEAREUPRISERS, @weareuprisers__

Interface is cluttered, and the software was constantly buggy. When issues came up, support didn't seem to know what was going on and wasn't helpful. Didn't seem like they cared at all. Price is very high, and order caps are low. If it was totally bug-free and functional, and support was awesome, we'd pay the price, but it's just not worth it for us.

Great customer service (helpful and fast), not too hard to set up and performs really well on site for customers too. Good integrations and automatic review requests. ---- Updated: Really helpful customer service yet again, quick and resolved the issue too

The chat was great! Was able to give me a quick design change in minutes. Customer service is off the charts and was able to problem solve quickly to get a good place! very pleased! J. Lorenze from the help chat was great!

We were using shopify reviews app, what a waste. How can a review app not send auto emails requesting customers to review their purchase, that is a MUST. We went back to YotPo, as we used them a few years ago. I have NEVER had tech support as good as I received from Paulo at YotPo. Paulo spent a ton of time sorting through a number of unique issues we ran into due to our back end setup. YotPo is the best review app, period, and now I honestly think YotPo has some of the best support of any APP providers we have ever worked with. Thank you Paulo

Very good functionality. Great customer service, if you get the right person - big ups to Bernard! Downside is the cost. They really need to have more functionality at a more reasonable price - I'm specifically talking about the Google shopping integration etc.

The app is great - easy to use and straightforward. I've never taken a tutorial and I find it very straightforward. Further, their customer support is fantastic. Literally, they answer my chat within 10 seconds, which is unbelievable. Definitely give it a try.

Great app to request product reviews! I had some issues validating my shopify token initially but Jo from support was super helpful and fixed the issue.
