Helpful support, free tier is decent but pricing is punchy and customisation is minimal. Not bad for gaining some customer reviews.

DON'T USE THIS APP! I used this App about half year,and when i want to remove it from our store, the app no working after i remove it from my shopify admin,but the app's widgets and products customer review form still sticky there,we contact the support team a few times,they do nothing.we have to follew help centre guide to try clear the Comment out the related code in theme.liquid,we can't find nothing.they remove it after about three weeks when we feedback to shopify,it is terrible.

Definitely getting way more reviews now than we were before using Yotpo. makes it super easy for our customers to leave reviews on our site, including adding photos. Integrates perfectly with the site. Support is good.

Excellent way to show social proof at a glance. Has been an indispensable tool for our development as a brand. Love that we can add ratings to product cards across collections, and in a single review page for easy promotion.

Great customer support! We had an issue on our account calculating the wrong number of reviews but Rochenel helped us resolve the problem!

Excellent customer support! We had a small issue connecting reviews with some of our product bundles, but Arven S helped us find a quick, effective solution. Love this service!

As a stand alone tool, unintegrated, it works fine, does what it says on the tin. But in a modern ecommerce environment who wants tools that are unintegrated and in the review context, not communicating with Google to present your reviews in search and ads, as per this stated feature: "Drive high-intent traffic by displaying ratings in organic search results and Google Ads."? Well disappointingly, it cost $8500 per year to get access to this feature, it comes with other features, but when you are trying to grow your store this feature is very useful without the rest, but totally and completely unaffordable for smaller stores. Great if you are already the size of John Lewis or Amazon, but you probably need it less if you are already that size.. Thanks for your help Yotpo in enabling the growth of our store... NOT!!!

Great tool with a lot of good features. Easy to use and manage, and awesome customer support (fast, helpful, and live chat available!)

The app works as expected.... But be sure you're only using 1 account, connect to only 1 site at a time... we had our reviews disappear off the site, and Jenny with Yotpo support not only resolved the issue for us, but closed the secondary account and helped us with the exporting and re-importing of our reviews. Received excellent help regarding the appearance of our YotPo widget. We had some trouble regarding our review widget display and the YotPo service team was ready to assist us with this. Everything has been resolved very well. Thank you YotPo for your good help ;)

Simoun Francis was up to speed right away and resolved the issue we had. We have been using Yotpo for a few years now and upgraded to the paid version a year ago. No regrets and can recommend. 5 stars.

Changed my Shopify Theme to an outside provider rather than on the app store and YOTPO helped me every step of the way to get it back up and running with custom code so I could show my reviews on collection and front page!
