I'm using Yotpo primarily as an excellent review app with automatic review reminder emails. I've seen it in various Shopify stores that I like, so I thought I would use the same. I had an issue getting it set up, as the theme I had chosen for my site (Simple - free Shopify theme) was cutting off part of the CSS for the reviews widget on the product pages. We aren't sure why that happened but support was able to help me get it fixed and it works great now! Set up was fairly simple though in all other regards. Thanks to Yotpo's support for the great customer service. I'll be a long time customer. UPDATE: I updated my theme and Gimbert helped me fix a quick issue fast. Great support! Thanks. ANOTHER UPDATE: I updated my Turbo theme to use the 2.0 features and Nick S hooked it up and fixed some minor issues for me. Thanks!

I attempted to use this app the first time around and I was completely lost. I reached out to support to fix even the smallest issues several time and they have been very sufficient and efficient. Quick turnaround and all. I am utterly pleased. I love this app and the free version it offers for small businesses.

Yotpo does everything you expect it to do and on top of that customer support is stellar! The only down-side is that it is a bit pricey.

I love Yotpo. The app is super easy to use and the support staff is very knowledgeable. Every time I call in her help they are right there to walk me through any questions. Highly recommend this app

Very useful app to collect reviews. Also great customer service! It really helped us build trust with our customers and potential customers. Contacted customer service on several occasions and they are super quick in resolving any issues. A special thank to Mark Oliver for all his help!

Been using Yotpo for a couple months now. Customer services was fairly quick and able to help me when needed. The dash is simple and easy to ease. I wish the widgit was better looking and able to customize it further.

I use this app to display customers' product reviews and ratings on my YouTube merch and music production store. So happy about the functionality and the support they offer! Pauline helped me a lot for the migration of the product ratings from my previous product page to the new product page, and also helped me set up the display of stars rating in the collection page. 5 stars app, 5 stars service, highly recommend it!
