I used the free app for awhile, but really like the ease of this app, the reviews are collected quickly and customer service is incredible!! So I upgraded. I'm really glad that I did.

I use this app to collect reviews. Their customer service is 10/10, with chat service available directly on the website. I love Yotpo, super helpful and useful app!

Awesome app. Great support from the agent and they are so responsive to our requests! Good app for collecting reviews and allows customers to get a feel of the item they're buying through legit and reliable reviews!

Ed, the colleague i spoke to via the live chat literally took it away! I told him the issue I was having, gave him permission to my website, and the problem was resolved in 4 minutes. Great service!
