Customer service really helped me solve my issue quickly. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out myself. I should have just jumped on a chat sooner. Thank you, Ruzsel J, for being so efficient.

We are a startup and are using Yotpo for our customer reviews. This app is great and very easy to use. Their support staff is very helpful and has always responded to our requests quickly. Would highly recommend!

Just upgraded to the growth package. While I couldn't install the review carousel from the UI, Paulo in support was incredibly helpful and had it up and running in a couple minutes. Would recommend for anyone looking to install a review widget!

Just installed and getting amazing instant chat support from Paulo. He's helping me import my old reviews which was one of my concerns when switching over. I love the fact that this app went back to my last 200 orders and got reviews right away for me. So far so good! Eric helped me today and was most excellent!! Solved all my issues.

Nice starter price for Shopify stores, great to get verified purchase reviews and they have lots of great features, really lovely staff.

Great reviews app. Yes, if you upgrade it can be pricey. But it is worth it in my opinion. Their customer service is great, can do any small or large adjustments to your store that you want in terms of visual and location. Additionally, a lot of apps integrate with them which is a plus. This reviews app is the cleanest look of the bunch. Crescel was a pleasure as well.

Excellent so far...I installed it about a year ago, but I'm finally using its features today. I got some great chat help from customer support, and the features work flawlessly!!

This app is fantastic. Awesome functions, good customizations and it works to generate reviews. But the best thing is, the customer support. They go above and beyond call of duty. They really helped with implementing everything. A+.

This application has definitely helped us sell more items, based off customer reviews. I was running out of emails every month to send, so I upgraded the plan to Growth 200, and then support team installed some snippets of code for us, to save us the time and the confusion. Great app and great support!

Hi, I added this app and had some technical problems implementing it at the homepage. I wrote to the support. Very shortly, I've recieved an answer from Josephine from Customer Support. She solved my problem very fast and even improved the implementation of Yotpo in my website. Working with this app for some time now, I can say that it's an incredible reviews app and it is a must for every Shopify website. Start with the free plan and later upgrade if needed. So far the customer support has continued to be excellent. Glad to have them available to quickly sort and fix issues. Update 3 months later - Easiest integration, friendly team and continue to provide an excellent level of support.
