I really enjoy using Yotpo for my ecommerce store, it helps with overall conversions. They are also very helpful if you have any integration problems. Junalou was very quick and helpful to integrate Yotpo into our new Shopify theme, I definitely recommend this app we have been using it for a year and a half. Junalou went above and beyond to ensure the app was accurately collecting conversation data at the checkout as well. Thank you so much!

Love this App, they are quick to help with my concerns and have no trouble stepping in when i am not confident with coding or widgets. Ask for Orly (if you can) very polite and very patient. I'm not confident with my back end (coding, widgets) of Shopify Orly was very informative and helpful. Love that this app has a free plan and really helps you with your reviews, they allow a good amount of free reviews and i love this! Will definitely be sticking around for ever!!! Thank you team! Update 01/12/2023 I updated my website so i had to re-install my widget and star ratings again and Nicole L. assisted me with this. She did this for me in less than 10 minutes. I truly love this app and the support. They make it super easy for me to update my site and the customer service is awesome. Anne was super helpful! She assisted me with porting my reviews into my new site. She was willing to explain things I didn't understand and very patient in the process. Hopefully everything works out smoothly. Update: 07/01/2022 Ronel R. Helped me display my review ratings on my site. I am not the best with Shopify coding but Ronel did everything for me so quickly. Thank you so much Ronel & Yotpo. You guys make it so easy to use this app and I learn something new every time.
