Great app. Very easy to use. When I had an issue I contacted support and they fixed it immediately. It definitely helps with sales. I would definitely recommend it.

YOTPO is such a great review app that adds a lot of trust and transparency to our products. Installation and UI/UE is great, and customer service is phenomenal. We are NOT tech-savvy at all, so weʻve been working closely with Pauline from the Support Team and she has been phenomenal in helping to customize our widget colors and fonts to be brand-appropriate. Pauline was very responsive and was patient and kind enough to go through multiple rounds of revision with us until we got everything looking just right. Thank you so very much for creating a beautiful service, and for your outstanding customer service!

I installed this app so I could begin obtaining customer reviews on my web site. It was very easy to set up, but I ran into a little snag cutting and pasting the code to make the stars show up on my products. I contacted support, and Pauline and things fixed in no time. So far, things are working very well, and the customer support has been great. Thanks for making this app, and for your help!

I love everything about this app, its a must on a website to give your site some credibility. I struggled to get it all set up but the support was beyond my expectations and the look of it on the site is perfect. The ease to use and manage plus all the features... wish I had found it sooner. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!

So far this app is working like a charm. I love the look and setup was super easy. I sent 3 emails to support when I upgraded my account and Paulo responded within 10mins. I asked him if he could instal some widgets onto my website and presto without any question the job was done within 5 mins. Thank you Paulo your the best, Update Always receive the best service thx

I've used Yotpo for a few years now. The app is simple, works well and has excellent functionality. On top of this, their support is brilliant. Having launched anew theme recently, Yotpo, in particular Danreb, was fast and efficient in re-installing the app and making sure everything work. Very much a recommend from me.

Needed to import reviews to consolidate into my Yotpo app. This was a challenging task for support to keep reviews accurate, but, Ruel was a big help and very patient with the troublesome task. He got it taken care of for me perfectly after some trial and error. Great attitute and very professional. Love the app too by the way! Yotpo has features to help your sales that others apps do not or struggle to replicate. Would recommend it to other shopify ecommerce site owners. It demonstrates trust to my customers by showing social proof of other buyers through reviews on my main page via a minimized widget (they can choose to click on or not), each product page has applicable reviews for that product and the badge that shows total reviews my site has received. All of this is collected by Yotpo via emails sent to customers after they receive their ordered items. They submit their review right in the email and it updates on my site directly to that product without the customer having to go back to provide the review manually. Genius!
