Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I love how this app has helped with not only managing review but also making posts that I can post to social media. Also Feb T. was so helpful with importing all my reviews from the previous platform.

We are at the 400 orders per month mark. We started by using the free version to test things out. Just using the free version we were able to generate 25 product reviews within a week. For a free app we got a ton of value. We have since upgraded to the paid version. Great customer service as well.

We migrated from Magento2 to Shopify and Crescel was extremely helpful in helping us get our old reviews transferred to our new website. The app is awesome and the customer service is even better!

We use this app to get customer reviews. When we were not ready to utilize a feature that Yotpo provides, a friendly guru quickly assisted us with removing it.

Easy to use, good moderation. Wish they had some intermediate plans between the '200 reviews requests' and the big custom plans. Seems like the selling reps only want to sell the big customer plans, and don't want to work with us little, but not tiny folks. I will say customer support is top notch, Ronal and Doner are prompt and took care of my questions/issues quickly.

Integrates easily, great platform for collecting reviews and reaching customers. Support team is awesome and very quick to respond. Feb T helped me with integrating reviews and was a pleasure to work with.

I am impressed so far with this app as its helped me gain reviews for my amazing products which has helped make sales stronger. The support is also really excellent and fast!

This application is great for collecting reviews automatically and posting them to our product pages. Easy to install and easy to use. The staff is great to work with if you need any assistance!

The product is good - just sometimes doesn't do what is expected so needed customer support to help - but my goodness their customer support is GREAT! So it's really all good.
