We did a website migration from WP and had to rely on their support team. Im more than glad we had to ask them for support. Jenny B is the MOST AWESOME support representative ever and about the app, its just great! 100% recommended

The support I received was phenomenal. THANK YOU, JAN! I was having a few issues with the on-site widget showing reviews as well as getting star ratings to show on Shopify product collections. One of Yotpo's Growth Support Hero's by the name of Jan was incredibly helpful! Overall, loving Yotpo.

Nicely integrated to our online store. Staff is super helpful to solve some technical problems for us. The only downside is they have limited fonts to match with the one we're using. Other than that, would definitely recommend this if you just started.

It was a bit confusing to import the reviews but Lervin from the support team helped me out. They were super responsive and got me up and running almost immediately.

I’m pleased with their customer service specially Jandy who was prompt to help with what I needed and understood my request. What I don’t like is that in order for us to use our hard earned reviews of the same product on another shop I have to upgrade and I tried to upgrade before but was extremely expensive for small businesses. Overall I am very satisfied with Jandy’s support.

Exceed 10 orders a month and you'll learn that it's ludicrously overpriced! 50 cents to send a form email? Really? I'll send them myself at that rate.

I'm seriously blown away by this app and their team! Everything about this app is amazing. Firstly, the app is well done, Yotpo makes it VERY easy for a customer to leave a review and I've been seeing a steady stream of reviews come in - absolutely can't complain. More importantly, the support team is absolutely incredible. I use a paid Shopify theme and that made it a little more complex than just using their installation instructions to install the Yotpo app since my theme had another review application installed and written in the code. the support staff was able to edit the code for me and make it integrate seamlessly within a day - no charge! not to mention I'm using the free version of this application. couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Yotpo - you guys are awesome! ---- Edit: it's been so long since I wrote this review but I was just assisted by Kenneth John and man, this team's service continues to blow me away. Thank you Yotpo for hiring such awesome staff!

We used the review app that came with our theme for quite some time but it wasn't gaining many reviews. In 1 month, Yotpo doubled our reviews and pairing it with Kit allows us to automate posting 5 star reviews to our social channels or create ads from them. I did have to configure the code a bit for my theme to show stars on the category pages (issue with my theme not Yotpo), but it didn't take long with their awesome online documentation. I cannot say enough good things about this app - highly recommend!

We've been using Yotpo for over 2 years now and couldn't be happier. We have recently updated our theme and needed some custom code injected into our site in order for the reviews to show on the appropriate pages. Nick from Yotpo got it done the same day we asked... talk about customer service! Thanks again guys :)

This app is great for having star reviews on your website and your product pages. We've been using Yotpo since before we were even using Shopify. Recently I noticed we had a bunch of site reviews that were really product reviews. Danreb helped me reimport them as the proper product review. Hoping they make an easy way to switch those like they do for product reviews which can be marked as a site review.

I am using this ap for a while now, since 2 months also swell, and the support I really like very helpfully, really recommended!! Jaypee, Bernard and Eddie are mi favourites everything is by mail that is good, but it would be nice also having a call centre like shopify

Yotpo has been great for Bloomist.com so far (4 months in), we have had a paid version and are still trying to understand how to customize for best results. Recently we reached out for support in order to get reviews sent X days after fulfillment date vs order date and they fixed it immediately - Danreb in support was quick and polite!
