This app is horribly overpriced in today's marketplace. After being with Yotpo for more than a year, and consulting with their marketing team to get me to upgrade to their higher tiers for other add-on services, I have since found that there are other companies offering similar services for far less coin. Worst of all about Yotpo is the customer service. I am trying to export my reviews via csv file, and the app will not export the reviews. This could be just a technological glitch, and no one should expect a company to be perfect in this regard. However, I have contacted Yotpo three times now in the last week to get tech support help with this bug in their app, and I have received NO responses. Not even one acknowledgement that they are going to help out. Buyer beware. If I were you I would look elsewhere. As for me, I'm not looking back....but I do hope I can get my hundreds of reviews exported, and yotpo does not seem to be willing to help.

Terrible app. We used them until we reached their limit, then we cannot have any more reviews and have to move to their Premium plan, which is ~$7000/year. It's so ridiculous, almost bait and switch kind of practice. No thanks, we would rather use an app that has transparent pricing and do not use this kind of practice.

For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from $19 up to $249 a month. 1 1/2+ year user. Reviews just magically appear in your inbox. I accidently deleted my reviews. Grace from Yotpo responded with an easy fix. Then checked to make sure everything went OK. Great "set it & forget it" app AND great customer service!

Great experience so far. Have just started using the App so time will tell regarding results but so far setup up has been easy and straightforward. Great super speedy service for any issues experiences (thanks Mau).

Clever app, really easy to install and navigate, I have seen impact on our sales straightaway. Customer service and support was exceptional too. However, I would like to see the app enabled for mobile phones and handheld devices in the near future as most our customers purchase via these channels. EDITED: The REVIEWS Tab doesn't show on mobile phones and handheld devices.

Regarding one of your comments above, I would like you to know that Yotpo indeed works with mobile phones flawlessly and we would be glad to walk you through everything. UPDATE: Thanks Kiss Ready Lips for updating your feedback and letting us know more about the issue. The Reviews Tab currently doesn't work on mobile due to the screen resolution limitations. I'm really pleased with this app. The customer service is excellent (Thanks Raphael!). It has everything we need from a rating app. It's also easy to move across your ratings if you change your theme or site. Thanks for your great work guys!

Great app, easy to use and especially great customer support they answer fast and are very helpful, in my last query Josh solved my issue in less than a day. Highly recommennded.
Yotpo is one of the best apps i use in my day to day, and the help team is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile
I really like this app and, like every busy shop owner, can only check in my time to time to make sure I understand all the bells and whistles of my app and my investment! The folks at Yotpo have always been very responsive and willing to do the "back end" coding that's required to make it work. As well, they can go in and check when I periodically need reassurance. I have been using Yotpo since last year and love it! I needed some assistance with setting up one of the functions and Pauline at Yotpo help was amazing! highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a review system
Recently installed this app for my Shopify store. The free element as everyone knows is very limited. However, once I upgraded I needed the advice of the 'Yotpo Growth Support Hero' .. Literally unbelievable level of service, help and recommendations. Well done Yotpo and well done Yotpo Growth Support Hero 'Jaypee' ...., If every company could take a leaf from your book the world would be an easier place to navigate.

Great Customer Support! I had a couple of developer issues and the team at Yotpo helped very quickly solve them. Use the app and ask for Raphael!
Works great and customer service is very quick and helpful! We had a bit of a glitch happening and they went in and fixed the code within 24 hrs.
We have used Yotpo for a couple of years now, it has many wonderful capabilities, and ways of acquiring reviews. However, they offer no technical support, only time you will hear from them is when it’s time to renew your contract, and when you find someone in support it’s someone from sales, with a superficial knowledge of the app, not someone who actually knows any of the technical stuff, which is why you needed them in the first place. We are looking for other options.
