Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Good app, easy to use good customer support with integration into the theme and the usability is easy, decent posts and layouts in general

I've had Yotpo on my site for years now and I've always been happy with it, but recently had an issue with how reviews were displayed on my site. I contacted support and Pauline responded within minutes. She fixed my issue straight away and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Yotpo

I wanted to ad a graphic in my macmail signature and link it to a reviews page. Ruel was able to get me all the answers I needed. I'm grateful for how fast and knowledgable he was. I also like the 'send transcript' email feature so I could save all the links he was sending me from our chat for future review. I am very pleased.

We've been using Yotpo for a while over the standard review system available in Shopify and we're big fans. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that it isn't white labeled (they have Yotpo branding) unless you spend a fortune on enterprise solutions basically. But all the other tools are great, the customer service is excellent (got a custom update to a new theme we're doing in less than 48 hours), so we're happy!

Amazing and easy to use app, once you've installed it you can easily collect reviews from your customers. Love this app - had an issue during the installation process, Josephine from Yotpo was able to help me within hours. Now everything works perfectly fine!

YOTPO is such a great review app that adds a lot of trust and transparency to our products. Installation and UI/UE is great, and customer service is phenomenal. We are NOT tech-savvy at all, so weʻve been working closely with Pauline from the Support Team and she has been phenomenal in helping to customize our widget colors and fonts to be brand-appropriate. Pauline was very responsive and was patient and kind enough to go through multiple rounds of revision with us until we got everything looking just right. I installed this app so I could begin obtaining customer reviews on my web site. It was very easy to set up, but I ran into a little snag cutting and pasting the code to make the stars show up on my products. I contacted support, and Pauline and things fixed in no time. I love everything about this app, its a must on a website to give your site some credibility. I struggled to get it all set up but the support was beyond my expectations and the look of it on the site is perfect. The ease to use and manage plus all the features... wish I had found it sooner. Couldn't recommend it enough!!!

I love this app and have had it for over 2 years now. I recently upgraded the plan and needed help with a few things and the online chat feature has saved me a lot of time.

So far this app is working like a charm. I love the look and setup was super easy. I sent 3 emails to support when I upgraded my account and Paulo responded within 10mins. I needed to switch platforms and the support from Yotpo team was amazing. Particularly by Jenny B. who was very dedicated and proactive in helping me with the migration and also figuring how to fix a bug that was caused by misconfiguration.

Jenny B was a great help with getting changes organised that I requested to set-up. Efficient friendly service and I am most grateful. It would be fab if developers can add a reviews tab that is visible for mobile devices for future versions. Thanks again

I worked with Jenny, and she helped me retroactively send emails that were never sent out due to our order limit being reached. This was done out of her goodwill, and I have since upgraded the plan. Thanks for the help!
