Yotpo has been great for Bloomist.com so far (4 months in), we have had a paid version and are still trying to understand how to customize for best results. Recently we reached out for support in order to get reviews sent X days after fulfillment date vs order date and they fixed it immediately - Danreb in support was quick and polite!

Good basic app for collecting basic reviews. But if you want ANY additional features you are going to pay more money and big bucks for it. Their literature is very unclear as to what features are included in your plan. I spent countless hours trying to install features they advertised on their site, only to hear back that I need to pay more $ for these. Not cool guys.

This app is horribly overpriced in today's marketplace. After being with Yotpo for more than a year, and consulting with their marketing team to get me to upgrade to their higher tiers for other add-on services, I have since found that there are other companies offering similar services for far less coin. Worst of all about Yotpo is the customer service. I am trying to export my reviews via csv file, and the app will not export the reviews. This could be just a technological glitch, and no one should expect a company to be perfect in this regard. However, I have contacted Yotpo three times now in the last week to get tech support help with this bug in their app, and I have received NO responses. Not even one acknowledgement that they are going to help out. Buyer beware. If I were you I would look elsewhere. As for me, I'm not looking back....but I do hope I can get my hundreds of reviews exported, and yotpo does not seem to be willing to help.

Terrible app. We used them until we reached their limit, then we cannot have any more reviews and have to move to their Premium plan, which is ~$7000/year. It's so ridiculous, almost bait and switch kind of practice. No thanks, we would rather use an app that has transparent pricing and do not use this kind of practice.

1 1/2+ year user. Reviews just magically appear in your inbox. I accidently deleted my reviews. Grace from Yotpo responded with an easy fix. Then checked to make sure everything went OK. Great "set it & forget it" app AND great customer service!

Clever app, really easy to install and navigate, I have seen impact on our sales straightaway. Customer service and support was exceptional too. However, I would like to see the app enabled for mobile phones and handheld devices in the near future as most our customers purchase via these channels. EDITED: The REVIEWS Tab doesn't show on mobile phones and handheld devices.

I'm really pleased with this app. The customer service is excellent (Thanks Raphael!). It has everything we need from a rating app. It's also easy to move across your ratings if you change your theme or site. Thanks for your great work guys!

I really like this app and, like every busy shop owner, can only check in my time to time to make sure I understand all the bells and whistles of my app and my investment! The folks at Yotpo have always been very responsive and willing to do the "back end" coding that's required to make it work. As well, they can go in and check when I periodically need reassurance. Thanks to your support staff!

Best Customer Service from Josh Angeles - Yotpo Growth Support Hero I am setting up E-Commerce website and I decided to try Yotpo for my product reviews. I like the UI and features however while I was setting up Star rating with categories/collections, I had a coding issue so I contact Yotpo. I was wondering how long it would take to get response from them But Josh Angeles resolve the issue within 1 business day It was like BAAM. I was WOWed.
