I need a app that does only store reviews. This one seemed a bit pricey to me. https://www.authenticbagsonly.com

Additionally, our pricing model is available on our website and in your Yotpo admin. For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from $19 up to $249 a month. Yotpo is very helpful for keeping an eye on customer satisfaction and the support has always been very quick and professional, Bernard helped change some code specific to our store in a timely manner.

Good evening, I use this app to gather and display immediate reviews from buyers of our Little Kicker Books on our web site, www.LittleKicker.com. I used support the other day for the first time, and the lady who helped me was outstanding. I needed to get the reviews to post on my landing page, not just on the individual books, and she saw what I needed and made it happen. Her support service was fantastic! A couple of improvements for me would be to have the actual overall star rating show on my landing page. I would also like to be able to recontact customers and request their reviews again at a later time after they have had experience reading our Little Kicker story books to their children. Thank you, Sam Paulo from Yotpo support was great. He made happen what I wanted to happen ad did it in a kind courteous fashion. He is another Yotpo asset. One thing I learned through my contacts with Paulo is the my fifty free reviews are fifty reviews offered by Yotpo to my customers, and not necessarly fifty responses from my customers. I kept expecting to see fifty review a month on the free program, and Paulo explained to me that Yotpo sent out the fifty review offers but not every one of my customers actually submitted a review.

Great App, and easy Setup, loading time could be a bit quicker but believe this is something they are working on.

It's awesome. It automatically adds the reviews to the product page itself. The customer support from. Yotpo is fantastic

Their sales team are way too aggressive and make promises they can't keep. reneged on a written contract we had in place.

I'm using Yotpo to show reviews in our Shopify Store. I love the features it offers - the website widget, the ability to show 'starts' in the product page, social media shares and more. Although I started with the Free plan, many of the must-have-features were enabled, and above all, their customer support was very helpful and helped me with a few things I needed. Very recommended!

This app is easy to use and it is a great way to feel connected to your customers. My only complaint is the giant jump you have to take from 100 "emails" a month at $50/month to the next level. The next jump is is $200/month! That is a big jump for a small company. I wish they had something in between.

I really like how the app helps me get reviews for my products it works efficiently and looks good on the website. Recently I changed themes which meant my previous reviews were no longer showing. I was quickly helped by Pauline at Yotpo who fixed it for me in no time!

We had some technical issues when moving websites and needed to move our reviews from our old platform. The customer support team was super helpful.

Excellent app with lots of great features and great support. Hermes from the support team was especially helpful and installed the app to a new version of our theme manually for me without issues or interruptions on the live site.

Great app, picking up a lot of reviews via the in email review service and the features looks good on site. Excellent customer service from Edcel who recently helped with something very efficiently.

One of the most useful apps we have in our ecom store. Yotpo Reviews 100% does what it claims to do. Also, their customer service (Eric A.) is just fantastic.

Initially I created a ticket and it took a while to get responses but they satisfied my request eventually and I am very happy with their service. And the app has all the features you need and they are for free. Highly recommend!
