Yotpo: Product Reviews App

This is the app we try to use to increase our conversion rate! It does everything we need it to! You always get the answer when you need it (during the office hour). Highly recommend it!

This app does everything that it promises.. and the customer service is great. I was having trouble integrating my reviews directly onto the product page and sent a note. Maria helped me out, and they did it for me. Very happy. We've been using Yotpo for over 18mo, and plan to continue indefinitely.

The customer service is always so great! Thanks James for helping me today! I was a little bit afraid of integrating the app myself and i wrote to Yotpo for help. Yulia took care of me and resolved all my problems beyond my expectations!! I am very very happy with the customer service! I contacted Yotpo as a number of our reviews were not appearing on our website. Michelle was quick to respond and explained why this was happening. I was then able to provide her with what she needed to populate them on our site which meant 21 more great reviews! It would be great if I could stop reviews going against our monogramming options at the outset as I think I may well have to go back to Yotpo for further support.

It's not the cheapest application on Shopify but Yotpo has helped consolidate and automate much of the customer reviews process for our online store (https://plyco.com.au). The tools have revealed key areas for improvement in the products & services we provide; enabling our business to grow.

Excellent and easy to use app and customer service has been great so far, even on the free version.

Customer service is extremely slow to respond! Only by email and I than you have to wait app 24 hours for an answer. Please have a chat tool installed!

Excellent customer service, we had an issue with our mobile version and Yonathan M helped us out and even provided the code I needed.

It took ages to get any human from support to answer our questions. It would be great to get response from support quicker

Great customer support! I had an issue downloading a .csv file and Michelle helped it without a second thought and even provided the file I needed.

This app works perfectly and is bringing both our our websites more interest. but the best thing about this is the customer support. It is simply outstanding. They get back to you in a reasonable amount of time and go well above and beyond to take care of every question or issue you have. The issues I had were about my ability to make the app work within my particular theme...they took care of it...the app itself works great!

Great app. Collects lots of reviews for our website and allows us to respond when necessary before posting below star ratings. Cust service is also very responsive. If you have an online store you definitely need this app.

So far so good and their customer service is very helpful.

Our shopify store needed a review section for our shopify store. When I installed the app, the widget wasn't under the "Customer Review" section - instead it was at the bottom of the page. That was an issue because: 1) Customer won't be able to see or write the review 2) It wasn't in the right "tab"/"section" for customers to see the reviews I contacted Yotpo to help use at the backend so the widget can appear on the "Customer Review" section/tab. Within 24 hours, Dana (Yotpo Support) had completely resolved the issue. We are so grateful by Yotpo's attention to detail and quick action to resolve our issue. I'm so impressed! Super easy to install (especially if you are not at all familiar with HTML) Super quick customer service response Super quick resolution We highly, HIGHLY recommend this app for your Shopify Store!

Realistically speaking, you're going to have to pay for a fully functional version, so the "free" tag is kind of misleading. That said, the platform, while very expensive, did exactly what it said it would do... collect reviews. If you're in a business where reviews are important.... there's nothing better

Love the service so far - we've gotten more reviews in the week that we've been using it than we did in the two years previously with our old software. My one complaint is that the growth plan seems to leave out a few key features that are in line with other features that are offered. It feels like an attempt to up-sell you to the premium plan. I could be wrong about that, but when I asked for clarification from the Yotpo employee who helped us onboard, I never heard back.

So far I am very happy with not only the app itself and its relative ease of use, but also with the support I have received on some questions that I had. They were professional, thorough and very helpful in assisting me with how their app appeared on my site. We've used other review apps before but this has definitely been much more fruitful and we are getting many people interested in giving their reviews of us and our products.
