Can I give zero stars? The worst. I really had a bad experience with Yotpo. Their platform is extremely clunky to use and I don't recommend using them. You want to use another platform because Yotpo will really slow your website down. They're just not made to really work well with Shopify. They're probably going to say in the reply 'yes we are!'. No. They're not. Really poor customer service too. They're super unfriendly. We were told a lot of untruths by Yotpo that resulted in a $1200 payment being taken from our account - even though we had cancelled months prior. So, if you're a small business and don't want to lose money to an unsupportive company - seriously... look somewhere else. Go with a company that will integrate with your newsletter software, won't slow your website down and get you penalised by Google. This is really important for your growth as a business. Also, Yotpo are being left behind by their competitors. Important to note again with Google - you want Google seller reviews. These are very useful for sales. Yotpo does not offer a good option for this. You have been warned.

We have used Yotpo for many years, I recently noticed in google search console that some of our pages couldn't be indexed, due to a coding issue. After a bit of investigation we figured out the code did come from a Yotpo widget. After reaching out to Yotpo, John.G confirmed this was the case, recommended we upgraded to a newer Yotpo widget which would remove this issue. He even did this on our behalf. Thanks for your help John.G on fixing this issue.

Mostly Pros! - Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website) - Ability to have one dashboard with multiple stores - Management and customer experience of the review process including customization of review emails, managing and monitoring negative reviews is excellent - Great and easy way to add social content into your website Few Cons! - Media monitoring tool has had some issues since facebook made some huge changes and not full transparency from Yotpo on these updates - No great way to include UGC as alternative product images

Yotpo is absolutely the best app we've ever used! Not only do they have a fast, easy Shopify integration, but their tool is loaded with robust features and functions that they are always improving. The beauty of Yotpo is that they have developed proprietary software that allows people to leave a review for your product within an email - they never have to go to your website - which generates a much higher number of reviews...this combined with OUTSTANDING customer service and support makes it a no brainer! Use it today. You won't be sorry!

The customer service is wasting a lot of my time. I believe they don't have time to read properly my emails and they keep going answering with completely pointless answers. I think it would take just a little bit more to understand what is my problem and try to really help me. By the way.. Automatic email after purchase are not working properly and I still don't understand if they are sent after the purchase or after the order is fulfilled. (I already wrote 3 emails to understand this point and I just got 3 answers without an answer!) I will now have to invest time to understand if it's possible to transfer the reviews to a new app and how to do that.. For sure I cannot hope in any real help from this people. Thank you for wasting at least 1 hour of my time!!!

Awesome, all-encompassing product to generate and manage reviews. Really quality app! Above the product itself, I'm super impressed with the customer service. Every ticket and question I have is answered super quickly with an above-and-beyond resolution. Thank you!

We upgraded to a paid plan recently and couldn't be happier. The technical support and customer service are excellent. We were having trouble with our theme and the star ratings view on the product page and Yotpo tech support fixed it for us in less than 2 business days. We had been using another review service and our response rate was less than half of Yotpo's, so we're now getting many more reviews.

I definitely recommend using YotPo Review app. Easy to set up and great looking UI. I needed to use customer service once in my 3 years or so and they solved my issue quickly.

We can't get any support. Been with them for years and they won't resolve the issues we are having. We are going to have to switch away from these guys.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! I really liked this app and was happy with the performance until I needed support. I have emailed support nearly 6 times over the last 3 days and received one response but when needed clarification has not responded. I am super bummed as now I will have to migrate away from this app when it really didn't need to happen. None of my reviews are showing correctly and I can't get any real time help ie. phone, chat or email. Phone calls go to voice mail where you are told your call won't be returned. There isn't a chat option and emails to support are not returned. Someone in the know could probably fix my issue in 5 minutes if they had a responsive support option. If you choose this app just cross your fingers you don't need any help in the future.

Seems and feels like a good platform. Very easy to customize and find support for online. Problem is the pricing is not very small business friendly. You're looking at hundreds of dollars per month in subscription fees for just a few hundred orders. There are better alternatives for small businesses to work with and grow on.
