Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Good customer service. A little slow to reply to my email, but they fixed my issue. I just wish the Pro membership was not so incredibly and ridiculously high. Dana Shamir helped me with my issue and was very professional.

We just upgraded from Shopify Reviews to YOTPO and it's been GREAT! Customer service is excellent! Dana helped us transfer all our reviews into the YOTPO and the installation was done in a few hours. We are already seeing the great results of this app and our customers seems prefer this way of submitting reviews, as we are getting way more reviews than before. The star-rating on Google search is very important to us, as we have almost only 5-star reviews. Overall we are really satisfied with YOTPO and we are excited to be growing with them!

We have used the Yotpo review app on our shopify store for the last three years. It is easy to use and does the job well (all for free, can't beat that!!). We recently updated our site to a new shopify theme. In doing so our historical yotpo reviews didn't automatically transfer to the new theme. I opened a ticket with Yotpo customer service and Ruel from Yotpo responded to it and offered to do the minor tweaks to the new shopify theme so our reviews would display. They created a collaborator link to make the work easy and safe and within 24 hours it was done. The new theme looks great and has all of our historical reviews. Great customer service, fast, efficient. All on a free app. Thanks Yotpo! If you aren't using Yotpo to capture and report your customer reviews, you should be.

Great app for adding reviews to your site, particularly now they've included commenting on their free plan. Excellent customer service too - thanks Yonathan!

So far so good, install was easy, customer service was great (Thanks Michelle B!!!) and I was able to import all of my existing reviews, setup email blast and put on our site without much issue.

Great CS. Yulia helped me switch over from my old app and setup on my new site flawlessly and quickly.

The app is great, functionally and aesthetically. I was happy with the customer service Yulia provided through email in helping me with my issues. I took one star off because I was hoping to have it customized a little but it wasn't possible. No big deal really! :)

People at this company do not know how to answer emails. For the amount of money they charge go with foursixty. Horrible experience and a waste of money. Maybe someone will actually read this and answer our emails and deliver what they promised.

This app is very good for e commerce, can be displayed on both product collection and the single product page. Very easy to install. What's more, the customer services are pretty fast and helpful, they can handle everything we can't. Thank you!

I uninstalled the app but it is still appearing on my store--it seems this has been an issue for others as well. I don't know why Shopify allows apps that do not uninstall cleanly. I have written to their support to do a clean removal and waiting for response.

Yotpo is easy to use both as a store owner and customer. Product reviews are very important to attract new customers, and Yotpo makes it easy for your existing customers to leave a review directly in your automated follow up email. Everything is good if you can stick to the basic features. The only significant minus that I can think of (which could have lead to fewer stars) is the exceptionally high-priced premium plan. This is important to take into consideration if you run multiple Shopify stores for different countries/locations, and you would like to use a premium feature like sharing reviews across different domains.

I didn't expect the excellent customer service and help with on-boarding to YotPo. Thank you Amit, you were great brother.

We are in the free version and they respond very quickly and joyfull. We are thinking very seriously on upgrade our plan. One of the best costumer service we know!!

Awesome app and excellent customer support!

I love how easy it is to set up and the fact that it puts reviews about specific products on the same page as the product so shoppers can see all the comments about the product they're considering without leaving the page or having to read through all the comments to find something about the product they are interested in. Awesome program. I love it.
