the app was ok stopped using it as the cost for value wasn't as good as the app I use now. if you have money to burn yotpo is the one to do it with

Easy to use and install... migration from Magento was a breeze thanks to Dana's help with explaining what's required and providing the necessary steps to do so. Support response was fast, all my questions were answered clearly, and after sending the export file, the reviews were uploaded the same day! Was pleasantly surprised. Thank you! (2018) Have dealt with the Yotpo support team a few times and today, Bernard was extremely fast and efficient in assisting me with my issue. Have Yotpo on two Shopify sites and both work well. Thank you! (2019)

I love this app. So user friendly and the support is awesome! They uploaded my other reviews seamlessly.

Good customer service. A little slow to reply to my email, but they fixed my issue. I just wish the Pro membership was not so incredibly and ridiculously high. Dana Shamir helped me with my issue and was very professional.

Continued great support from Yotpo when you need it. This time, thanks to Shirel Garfinkle!! We've used them for 3 or 4 years and are very happy :) Shout out to Justine Romeo Sy who helped out with an issue today (2 Oct 2018). Another 5 stars if I could give it! And to Caroline who helped me out this week (w/c 4th May 2020). Another ***** And to 'Warly S.' who helped me out today - helpful, speedy, courteous and sorted the problem! Thanks Warly! (3rd Sept 2023) Here we are again, 16th Aug 2024, and great service to Vien E. who resolved an issue and communicated brilliantly. We just upgraded from Shopify Reviews to YOTPO and it's been GREAT! Customer service is excellent! Dana helped us transfer all our reviews into the YOTPO and the installation was done in a few hours. We are already seeing the great results of this app and our customers seems prefer this way of submitting reviews, as we are getting way more reviews than before. The star-rating on Google search is very important to us, as we have almost only 5-star reviews. Overall we are really satisfied with YOTPO and we are excited to be growing with them!

great reviews app, flexbile and the free plan does most of what you're looking for. really good customer service and sasha was great at solving our issues importing our old reviews. thanks yotpo!

We have used the Yotpo review app on our shopify store for the last three years. It is easy to use and does the job well (all for free, can't beat that!!). We recently updated our site to a new shopify theme. In doing so our historical yotpo reviews didn't automatically transfer to the new theme. I opened a ticket with Yotpo customer service and Ruel from Yotpo responded to it and offered to do the minor tweaks to the new shopify theme so our reviews would display. They created a collaborator link to make the work easy and safe and within 24 hours it was done. The new theme looks great and has all of our historical reviews. Great customer service, fast, efficient. All on a free app. Thanks Yotpo! If you aren't using Yotpo to capture and report your customer reviews, you should be.

So far so good, install was easy, customer service was great (Thanks Michelle B!!!) and I was able to import all of my existing reviews, setup email blast and put on our site without much issue.

The app is great, functionally and aesthetically. I was happy with the customer service Yulia provided through email in helping me with my issues. I took one star off because I was hoping to have it customized a little but it wasn't possible. No big deal really! :)

People at this company do not know how to answer emails. For the amount of money they charge go with foursixty. Horrible experience and a waste of money. Maybe someone will actually read this and answer our emails and deliver what they promised.

This app is very good for e commerce, can be displayed on both product collection and the single product page. Very easy to install. What's more, the customer services are pretty fast and helpful, they can handle everything we can't. Thank you!
