Mostly Pros! - Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website) - Ability to have one dashboard with multiple stores - Management and customer experience of the review process including customization of review emails, managing and monitoring negative reviews is excellent - Great and easy way to add social content into your website Few Cons! - Media monitoring tool has had some issues since facebook made some huge changes and not full transparency from Yotpo on these updates - No great way to include UGC as alternative product images

Great app and great support! Only missing the customer upload photos feature in a free plan.

This is a great app and their customer support team is great! Would definitely recommend for any ecommerce store.

Yotpo is absolutely the best app we've ever used! Not only do they have a fast, easy Shopify integration, but their tool is loaded with robust features and functions that they are always improving. The beauty of Yotpo is that they have developed proprietary software that allows people to leave a review for your product within an email - they never have to go to your website - which generates a much higher number of reviews...this combined with OUTSTANDING customer service and support makes it a no brainer! Use it today. You won't be sorry!

Great support and ease of use.

So far - it's been great! The reviews are a must for establishing third-party credibility and increasing sales. I'm looking forward to incorporating them on the home page of my site (right after I finish this review) and then I need to figure out how to have the reviews show up on Google shopping. I definitely recommend using YotPo Review app. Easy to set up and great looking UI. I needed to use customer service once in my 3 years or so and they solved my issue quickly.

We can't get any support. Been with them for years and they won't resolve the issues we are having. We are going to have to switch away from these guys.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! I really liked this app and was happy with the performance until I needed support. I have emailed support nearly 6 times over the last 3 days and received one response but when needed clarification has not responded. I am super bummed as now I will have to migrate away from this app when it really didn't need to happen. None of my reviews are showing correctly and I can't get any real time help ie. phone, chat or email. Phone calls go to voice mail where you are told your call won't be returned. There isn't a chat option and emails to support are not returned. Someone in the know could probably fix my issue in 5 minutes if they had a responsive support option. If you choose this app just cross your fingers you don't need any help in the future.

Seems and feels like a good platform. Very easy to customize and find support for online. Problem is the pricing is not very small business friendly. You're looking at hundreds of dollars per month in subscription fees for just a few hundred orders. There are better alternatives for small businesses to work with and grow on.

Yotpo is the best as what it does. It is a premium service, with premium results.

Easy to use and install... migration from Magento was a breeze thanks to Dana's help with explaining what's required and providing the necessary steps to do so. Support response was fast, all my questions were answered clearly, and after sending the export file, the reviews were uploaded the same day! Was pleasantly surprised. Thank you! (2018) Have dealt with the Yotpo support team a few times and today, Bernard was extremely fast and efficient in assisting me with my issue. Have Yotpo on two Shopify sites and both work well. Thank you! (2019)

I love this app. So user friendly and the support is awesome! They uploaded my other reviews seamlessly.

Good customer service. A little slow to reply to my email, but they fixed my issue. I just wish the Pro membership was not so incredibly and ridiculously high. Dana Shamir helped me with my issue and was very professional.

Continued great support from Yotpo when you need it. This time, thanks to Shirel Garfinkle!! We just upgraded from Shopify Reviews to YOTPO and it's been GREAT! Customer service is excellent! Dana helped us transfer all our reviews into the YOTPO and the installation was done in a few hours. We are already seeing the great results of this app and our customers seems prefer this way of submitting reviews, as we are getting way more reviews than before. The star-rating on Google search is very important to us, as we have almost only 5-star reviews. Overall we are really satisfied with YOTPO and we are excited to be growing with them!

great reviews app, flexbile and the free plan does most of what you're looking for. really good customer service and sasha was great at solving our issues importing our old reviews. thanks yotpo!
