Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I uninstalled the app but it is still appearing on my store--it seems this has been an issue for others as well. I don't know why Shopify allows apps that do not uninstall cleanly. I have written to their support to do a clean removal and waiting for response.

Yotpo is easy to use both as a store owner and customer. Product reviews are very important to attract new customers, and Yotpo makes it easy for your existing customers to leave a review directly in your automated follow up email. Everything is good if you can stick to the basic features. The only significant minus that I can think of (which could have lead to fewer stars) is the exceptionally high-priced premium plan. This is important to take into consideration if you run multiple Shopify stores for different countries/locations, and you would like to use a premium feature like sharing reviews across different domains.

We are in the free version and they respond very quickly and joyfull. We are thinking very seriously on upgrade our plan. One of the best costumer service we know!!

I love how easy it is to set up and the fact that it puts reviews about specific products on the same page as the product so shoppers can see all the comments about the product they're considering without leaving the page or having to read through all the comments to find something about the product they are interested in. Awesome program. I love it.

I am getting so many more reviews using Yotpo and it was super easy to install! I did ask them to transfer my existing reviews over- I sent them a file, they emailed back items I needed to fix on my end, then they transferred them over. A completely painless experience! Michelle Brana helped me through the process and she was amazing to work with!

Yotpo is easy to use, easy to navigate, and easy to manage! Dashboard is extremely user-friendly and setting up IMAP emails is simple - even to a new user.

This app has been a brilliant find for us! Yotpo's team provides great Customer Service, they are very attentive to details and helpful in resolving any concern in a timely manner. So far, very pleased with the app. Highly recommended and well deserved 5 star rating!

I switched from Product Reviews to Yotpo and am extremely happy. I specifically wanted an app that would email customers after the sale (MAP) and Yotpo does that! In fact, I have gotten tons of reviews since installing Yotpo and the MAP feature. Sasha Marchuk at customer service moved my old reviews from Product Reviews, so I didn't miss any reviews from the old app. Thank you Sasha and Yotpo!

Yotpo has been an incredible review generation and management tool for our company. We've acquired reviews faster than we ever have before and are able to showcase these reviews across social networking sites and integrate them into our digital marketing strategies. Our Client Success Manager is also so helpful, collaborative and insightful. We love working with Yotpo and will continue to do so! I highly suggest using Yotpo.

So far Yotpo has been really good. Unlike most other good review apps they have a realistic, scalable pricing structure which starts at free for small business like mine. I had a few teething issues at the start (i'm not a techy!) but the support guys were really helpful and it was all sorted quite soon. This is really good, especially considering I am on the free package which rarely comes ticket support from other app services. The functionality and design is really good and I eventually have a system to retrieve feedback from my many happy customers. Something I was struggling to find for a while. I would highly recommend YOTPO to others!

Very pleased with this app! Support is also very helpful and gives suggestions for improvement as well. We appreciate that above and beyond mindset! Easy to push reviews to SM channels and having ratings show up under products in search results is priceless! Thank you, Yotpo!

I've been using this app for a few years now. It does a good job collecting reviews. There are quite a few limitations for the paid version that we have. I'm not a fan of the social push it offers. The email templates are pretty clunky.

When it comes to getting more reviews, Yotpo delivers. We received 10x more product reviews in just a few days time than we did in 6 months with the Shopify "Product Reviews" app.

We love the free version so far and will be upgrading. Customer support was very helpful, thanks to Amit for getting our reviews from the Shopify native app imported in to Yotpo.
