I have been really impressed with the Yotpo app and how it has added a level of professionalism and trust to my store. I had a few questions for the team on different technical points and they responded quickly and enthusiastically. Great app, great team. Thanks so much!

The app has a lot of features & customization and offers great customer support! Note: Most features are accessible only through the paid plan. For example, the default mail after purchase (MAP) setting for customers who buy more than one item sends up to three consecutive emails until the customer leaves a review. We found that frequency to be too high with the rest of our emailing strategy and there was no way to decrease the frequency on the free plan. After discussing with their customer support, we were able to sort this issue out and find an agreement where my customers would receive a reasonable amount of emails without having to subscribe to unlock only one feature. Great app, but would recommend looking at it once you reach at least 100 orders per month.

They make it easy for customers to review and we have seen an increase of product reviews. They even assisted in placement on our website at no cost to us.

March 2021: another great experience. We changed our theme and I lost the reviews showing on the product pages. I contacted Yotpo on the chat on a Sunday and Eleen responded immediately and fixed my problem. Great support, thank you Eleen for your help! December 2020: Another awesome support, this time from MaryAnn! November 2019: I want to update my review. If I could give 5 MORE stars, I would. Since I can't, I will explain here why we are so happy. Our reviews were not showing in Google. So I contacted Yotpo support (as well as the app we use for SEO), and ADRIAN from YOTPO replied within a few hours with a very thorough explanation, way above and beyond Yotpo's reach. Adrian did some analysis in Google that pointed out some left over junk from other apps (that we had already removed). He gave me enough information so I could raise the flags with the other vendors. For that reason, I was going to give permission to Adrian to go there and fix what was necessary (even if the problem was not due to Yotpo), but the other vendor stepped in and fixed their mess. I couldn't be happier. As a small business owner, we trust that the apps we put on the store are doing what they are supposed to do, and not causing problems. Not all are like that. I am glad there are professionals like Adrian who know what they are doing and provide support that is second to none. So here are my 10 stars for Yotpo: ********** July 2018 : We installed Yotpo two months ago and we love it. It is easy to use, super helpful for customers to enter reviews and Yotpo support is outstanding. They reply to any and all questions very quickly and the answers are thorough. We couldn't be happier!!!!!

Yotpo has proven to be an excellent tool to for customer acquisition - easy to install, maintain and support. We've been on the platform for over two years. Support has been nothing short of phenomenal. Turn-around time is quite good, often within a few hours, and never more than 24. Between our very responsive account rep (who DOES know his stuff) and their tech team, we are well served. And in addition they have reached out to us to share macro insights about our performance against industry standards and where we can improve. Just an all around good experience. While not cheap, we still highly recommend. Harry C.

way too expensive and not worth it we spent $5000 for this for ONE year... and definitely not worth that investment.

We have used Yotpo for years, even before making the switch to shopify and we couldn't be happier. Service, support, features... everything is great. Thanks Yotpo!

Can I give zero stars? The worst. I really had a bad experience with Yotpo. Their platform is extremely clunky to use and I don't recommend using them. You want to use another platform because Yotpo will really slow your website down. They're just not made to really work well with Shopify. They're probably going to say in the reply 'yes we are!'. No. They're not. Really poor customer service too. They're super unfriendly. We were told a lot of untruths by Yotpo that resulted in a $1200 payment being taken from our account - even though we had cancelled months prior. So, if you're a small business and don't want to lose money to an unsupportive company - seriously... look somewhere else. Go with a company that will integrate with your newsletter software, won't slow your website down and get you penalised by Google. This is really important for your growth as a business. Also, Yotpo are being left behind by their competitors. Important to note again with Google - you want Google seller reviews. These are very useful for sales. Yotpo does not offer a good option for this. You have been warned.

We have used Yotpo for many years, I recently noticed in google search console that some of our pages couldn't be indexed, due to a coding issue. After a bit of investigation we figured out the code did come from a Yotpo widget. After reaching out to Yotpo, John.G confirmed this was the case, recommended we upgraded to a newer Yotpo widget which would remove this issue. He even did this on our behalf. Thanks for your help John.G on fixing this issue.

Mostly Pros! - Fairly seamless and very quick integration: the ability to back log orders and request reviews was great to have content for launching the product (i recommend collecting reviews for at least 1 month before you implement the customer facing side on your website) - Ability to have one dashboard with multiple stores - Management and customer experience of the review process including customization of review emails, managing and monitoring negative reviews is excellent - Great and easy way to add social content into your website Few Cons! - Media monitoring tool has had some issues since facebook made some huge changes and not full transparency from Yotpo on these updates - No great way to include UGC as alternative product images

Yotpo is absolutely the best app we've ever used! Not only do they have a fast, easy Shopify integration, but their tool is loaded with robust features and functions that they are always improving. The beauty of Yotpo is that they have developed proprietary software that allows people to leave a review for your product within an email - they never have to go to your website - which generates a much higher number of reviews...this combined with OUTSTANDING customer service and support makes it a no brainer!
