Amazing support. I got my resolution in few seconds. Onboarding and installation were breezing-fast, Junalou helped in the process, Highly recommended. They have all kinds of plans, even free plans for starters. And the widget works perfectly fine.

It's a great app. So happy with the set up, so simple and easy. I just had a little hard time with the places I put the code (I am not good at coding), thankfully the chat room was there and Junalou was able to help me. He was so fast, understood me very well and so helpful. I will definitely recommend the app.

Junalou was super helpful and patient with all the problems I had. I had some problems with uploading reviews onto my site and she really took the time to make sure everything went through and smoothly!

#UPDATE 10.05.2021 - I had another issue and the Yotpo-Team is just amazing! Especially Don who helped me with an irregular request. He did his best and I'm waiting for the results now. I've been using Yotpo for a few years now. Their customer service has always been top notch. Sheen helped me recently with a review that wasn't showing on my review page. The fix was super fast after my inquiry. I highly recommend!

The customer service at Yotpo is by far one of the best I have seen. Ed was able to help me import reviews from a different app I was using. No comment about the app yet but it seems like the resources are there to help me with the transition.
