Super easy to install and great customer service. My only wish as a small business is that they would offer the social platform on the beginners plan. Would do it again in a minute.

Great app.It is very easy to apply it.Rewievs are very important for e-commerce sites and Yotpo is the best review app.

Yotpo has been the only way we've been able to get reviews. I love the rich snippets integration too. Definitely one of the first apps I would install if I was starting another shopify store.

Reviews are critical to our business and Yotpo offers the best review system we've ever tried. I consistently get new reviews everyday.

I have liked very much what I've been able to use via the free version of Yotpo. The premium plan seems to be what I'd really like to work with but the price is outrageous. I would give 4.5 stars if their cost for other features were more reasonable. Small business, in my opinion need the marketing and social media representation that Yotpo offers, but the cost is outrageous. Maybe if we could pick and choose what features we would use the most and get the most out of..maybe an "la carte" option...as for functionality and getting exactly what they said we would get with the free plan, we like it and it is helpful, seamless, and user friendly.

I would definitely recommend using Yotpo to effortlessly grow your e-comm business. It makes a huge difference to our sales when reviews are posted on our social platforms. Another plus is the great support we get when we ask a question or need any info or advice.

This is one of the must have apps, Few options i think its still missing, but overall,with the beautiful review section for products & website its a very nice plugin, few limitations on customization, Thanks Yotpo for such a beautiful plugin and specially for free :) Cheers

Easy to install and great UI! Didn't have problems tweaking settings. Great app!

Not sure how this is such a high rated app. It is very glitchy and support is almost non existent. We waited over 2 weeks to have reviews imported from old site and still nothing. Why can't we import a simply csv rather than wait for someone else to do (or not) it?

This app works really well in terms of what it does - but it's not UK compatible. I stopped the premium service as the dates could not be customised into a UK format. I will look at an alternative because I don't want emails sent to my customers with US dates on them. I have followed up with YOTPO and they can't amend this feature. If at some point they do, I would consider using it again.

Excellent application, even in free mode. Does exactly what it should do - you can adjust when it will ask your customers to write a review, you will have control over what is published and what is now. Easy integration in Shopify platform. Great customer service too.

team was very responsive in helping me switch from another review platform. overall very good. i wish it were slightly prettier/cooler looking. :)

A must have app. Makes getting reviewed by verified buyers very easy & automated. The only thing that I do not like about the app is that there is no way to automate sending review requests after the product is delivered rather than X days after shipping. But, overall a great addition to the Jewelove store.
