I needed help with my reviews showing on my website and sent an inquiry. Reymon N. promptly answered my inquiry and had my reviews showing expeditiously! Glad to have used them for years with their great service! Arven also helped me get all of my reviews imported! 978 reviews is alot and I appreciate him!

Customer service is on point and very helpful. The app is customizable and easy to use. Love how there are so many options to use to brand the reviews for the website and landing page.

the flyout asking for a review is very annoying

After over a month of trying to import reviews Wendyle got my case and instantly uploaded my reviews into Yotpo. With out exaggerating I spent over 1 month requesting assistance and not a single person was able to help out. Yotpo needs more reps like Wendyle.

Very terrible experience. I wanted the reviews to be with the title of the product. If not they were at the very bottom of the product description and no one would see them. In order to do this I was given the option to allow the app to install or manually install the widget. I picked let the app install it, as soon as I did that my site malfunctioned. You could not open a product at all, you would get redirected to a "you may also like" page. There is no option to go back and undo it either. Their AI bot was wrong about how to fix it. I contacted support but have yet to hear back on the issue. In order to fix my site I had to reach out to Shopify support and they were able to disable the app and get my store functioning properly. I'm very disappointed as the app appeared to be great.

I honestly cannot believe I had this app for free for almost 10 years, it kept sending review requests and I didn't even pay much attention until recently I redesigned my website. I had Yotpo reconnected and finally got a chance to dive deeper into this app. Reymon was so helpful, and was able to complete my request (when it was still on the free plan) before signing up for the starter plan for some additional features. 5 stars, keep up with the great work!

I have been using Yotpo for my website reviews for a few years now and have been really happy with it. I just reached out to customer service for the first time for help with product images and it's 11:30 pm where I am and I was impressed when someone was available to chat with me at this time. Reymon responded quickly and was able to help me with my issue within a few minutes! very happy with the customer service and that it was available even late at night which is often when I have time to work on stuff like this.
