Yotpo offers an amazing service with a stellar team that is quick to respond when help is requested! I just got done working with Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me quickly transfer product reviews from a retired product iteration to it's upgraded replacement. Jeorge was quick to jump on the task and fielded questions that i had along the way. I fully recommend Yotpo to any business wanting to leverage customer testimonies to boost conversion rate!

We worked with Ian Christian via chat support to resolve a minor issue we were having where the app recently began to prompt us to go through onboarding, despite the fact that we had set up and customized the app months earlier. We didn't want to reset any of our customizations, so we wrote into support to ensure we handled resolving this properly. Without confirming anything with us, the agent apparently clicked "okay" on our onboarding prompts (exactly what we did not want to do) and reset all of the customizations we had implemented. This erased all of the professional development work we had paid for in customizing the widgets on our website, and additionally reset all the emails we had customized as well. While I understand mistakes happen, the most frustrating aspect is that the agent did not seem to care that they had done this. They hardly responded to our follow up questions, then flatly stated that they can't revert back to before they erased all of our customizations. After some pressing, they said they would escalate this matter to tier 2 support, but they had no estimate of how long it would take to hear anything, or if they could help at all anyway. In this case, we regret reaching out to Yotpo support. They degraded our customer experience and now will cost us time and money to correct everything they erased and reset.

I had issues bringing my store from BC to shop and Ruzsel John Nabong helped so quick. Knew exactly what to do and was quick about it. I highly recommend and knows his stuff!

Reviews are the lifeblood of any small business so getting it right is extremely important. And as a small business owner, getting things setup is a matter of doing it yourself. So great technical support is key especially when you don't set it up quite right. Jann M. from Yotpo is a star! He stuck with me over several days to help me figure out and correct connection errors. He was very patient and gave me clear and concise instructions to set things right. I plan to incorporate more Yotpo apps because of my experience with the Review app.

Worst app on the market. The support is terrible, they promise to solve the problem, but weeks pass and the problems are not resolved, there is a lot of bureaucracy, they transfer the ticket from one department to another, in other words, they simply shift papers and do nothing to solve the client’s problem. And this for a few hundred dollars a month. I use another application in my other stores and support from a competitor solves my problem in 24 hours!!! despite the fact that a subscription costs a few dollars, not several hundred!

I have used this app for a while now and find it extremely useful as a small business owner. It's been great in letting me test out the application on the free setting and as my business grows, I can see how useful it is and how beneficial it is. There's been a couple of issues in getting various things to perform as I like. Every time I've contacted with a help request, the help is super friendly and efficient. No hanging around an hour going back and forth using chat functions, just a simple email. Arven understood my request immediately and was able to get my store working perfectly. Thanks as always :)
