When uploading a review, it kept failing and kept getting errors. I contacted customer service and got a quick response. Reymon Alvero gave me a relatively complex review template and helped me fill it out and upload it. This is a good customer service team, but I think it would be more convenient for me to upload it myself if there were no errors, otherwise I would need to contact customer service every time.

I want to write to thank Wendyle for providing excellent technical support in a difficult place for me. I recommend it to everyone!

We are new to this ecommerce business so we do have a steep learning curve to overcome with. But Vien (Saints E) was a great help in clearing up our most basic questions. The waiting time from bot to agent was minimal which is definitely a nice surprise given how many bigger companies would make you jump through hoops and eat burning sticks before an actual human being is in touch with you lol.
