Great app! Ian Doner was extremely helpful and spent hours with me on the chat, answering my every question and solving every problem. If you're unsure about Yotpo, the customer service alone should make you download it. 10/10 recommended! Thank you!!!!

The support is very helpful and really friendly! I had an amazing chat with Ruzsel J who was very polite and thorough in getting to the root of the problem of our reviews not showing up on a product page. In stead of giving instructions on how to fix the issue, he went out his way, asked quality questions, performed an analysis, identified and resolved it himself. Can't be more happy with his service!

We encountered an issue where users couldn't submit reviews from mobile devices using the Yotpo review widget. The modal wouldn't allow necessary fields to be scrolled within. Yotpo's support team responded very quickly to our concerns. They identified the root cause of the problem and guided us through the resolution process smoothly. I'm especially grateful to Arven for their support. Thanks to their quick and accurate assistance, we were able to resolve the issue in a short time, which was a great help.

Horrible company! For the past 2 months they have overcharged us. We have the $15 plan. They have billed us $119 for the past two months. We contacted them last month and they stated they would escalate it through their billing department. They refunded $49.80. If they billed $119 and our plan is $15, they should have refunded $104. They claim the remaining funds went to "some app credits." This month, they billed us $119 again!! We are now talking to their support again and getting the same "We will escalate this through our billing department" again. I see others who say this is an excellent app and that was one of the reasons we opted to use this one over others. The app works fine; however, their billing system absolutely ruins the value the app provides. We will be filing a complaint with our bank against this company. I encourage everyone thinking about using this app to BEWARE!

Wendyle is amazing! I got some questions about importing and exporting the reviews, she supported me from the start to the end, and fixed everything I encountered. *Update: I had some new questions while I am using Yotpo along the way. Ruzsel J, Doner and Vien have been supper helpful. They all have done an amazing job, fixing my issue very quickly.

I had an issue with the changing the email associated with our account. Arven was a great help and very quick to make the necessary changes. We also had an issue with linking our new website with the Yotpo App. The customer support was very quick in responding and fixing our issues.

Great app and great support (particularly Ruzsel). Easy to use, user friendly, and again...great support (I was able to jump on a google meet when we mad a migration issue, which was amazing as that's not the norm).
