This app is full of bugs - Upgrading your plan from Free to a paid tier doesn't actually work (the charge is applied, but service levels are NOT increased). Additionally, the Onboarding flow within the app is broken (persistently asks you to install the widget, when doing so, it adds the widget to your theme multiple times). Go with another option! Worse yet, the support is horrible.

Disappointed with the way this company handled their email transition for customers. Its hurt my business and I won't recommend their company to anyone.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to clarify an important point. Yotpo Email was a separate product that has since been sunset and is no longer active. This transition is unrelated to Yotpo Reviews, which continues to operate independently and is not affected by the changes to the email product. We understand how frustrating unexpected changes can be for a business, and we regret any confusion caused by the distinction between these two products. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll ensure it’s shared with the right teams.

We've had a great experience using Yotpo Reviews so far. The automated review request emails convert quite well, and customer support has always been very helpful. We had a slight issue in using support articles to install the star ratings on our Collections pages and Doner P with the support team installed it for us without issue.
