Absolute stunning service by Joian Z from Yotpo support. I recently changed from the old Debut theme to the new Dawn theme and were having trouble to load the Yotpo widget again. Within a few minutes it was resolved. So re-assuring to have such excellent support for apps you pay for.

they helping me navigate how to make manual review requests for a new product to specific customers who purchased. I am glad to get this level of quick and thorough support. Thanks Yopo. Update: Joian Z helped me through with more updates - quick and effective

Was helped by a representative Daniel P. and he added the coding immediately to my star ratings so they can show up on the main homepage under each product. Definitely recommend this app, customer service was great!

I was experiencing issues with installing the review star ratings to the homepage of my website. Daniel P. was able to figure out the problem and he added the feature with no issue. He continued to follow-up with me until the job was completed. John B. was also helpful when I asked for the review star ratings to be added to my current theme and NOT the copy. I love Yotpo support. They have been SUPER helpful for all my support needs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
