Yotpo makes it super easy to leave product reviews and monitor them. It's nice that we are able to move between platforms and bring the reviews over. We are moving from Ecwid to Shopify and I messed up somehow and duplicated all our reviews. Warly S with support was super helpful and deleted the duplicates and helped me understand what to do moving forward. Excellent service

My experience with John G. was amazing! I'm so thankful I could simply hand off my issues to him and he was able to install the features I needed on my website. I'm not tech-savvy and I thought I would be so frustrated by the end of this but it was the exact opposite. Thanks so much!

"We never send automatic emails to past orders, this is a step in the onboarding flow that needs to be confirmed by the user." You literally do it without any confirmation from my side.

Other than the name, because let's face it, "YotPo" sounds like a communist sauna commune just below San Francisco, this tool is actually pretty good. Integration goes far - I like their support and the ability to moderate is great too.

Very professional app, user generated content and reviews go a long way for potential customers in building trust and being all around helpful in figuring out quality and sizing. John G was very helpful in getting the reviews to properly display on collection and product pages. Would recommend!
