Very impressed with this App, syncs really well with our website and attracts plenty of 5 star reviews. Technical support from John G is super quick!! We highly recommend Yopto :)

I was able to install the app for free, and integrating it with Shopify was incredibly easy. What stood out the most was the excellent chat support. Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC has a fairly user friendly interface that's easy to get around, and their customer support staff is great! Warly S, one of their customer support agents responded and helped with my inquiry quickly and professionally.

Great app. Very effective. Very glad to have installed it. Have not had any app-related issues. I have reached out to support a couple times for help customizing widgets according to my Shopify theme. James and Warly were both very helpful and quickly addressed my concerns.

We just started using the app and even though we’ve had to do a few small things on the back-end to set some items up; it’s been fairly easy to use so far. We had to use the live chat to get some help with some features and spoke with Daniel P. who was so great to work with! He was extremely helpful and fast! He provided some very helpful links as well. Exceptional customer support! 10 out of 10 recommend!
