I used the chat and spoke with Warly. I needed help or first information about how to add my existing reviews to an new theme that I plan to launch soon. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly, fast in responding and super helpful explaining everything to me. He even offered me to help add the review widget before the launch. The support from YotPo is outstanding.

The worst customer service. Downloaded this app and uninstalling it just as fast as I did because of the crappy support I just got from Joian Z. You need to do better. Loox works just as fine even better and cheaper. Your prices are not cheap and to get such unhelpful support is a shame.

App seems good so far, I like how I can group my product reviews into catageories. Some of the self edit formatting options seem to be lacking, however people like Ruzsel J and Jean have customised my CSS for me, which has been very helpful.

Used the Live Chat option and spoke with Rhenant, who was super-helpful. We needed assistance with getting the Yotpo widget added to an updated theme so that we can continue to see our customer reviews... Rhenant got this sorted quickly and efficiently. Thanks for your help.

Joian Z was really helpful - For a small business signing up to products like YOTPO is a big deal and quite daunting especially when your computer literacy is at the level of a new born baby! When you have a very small team around you it is very important to be able to reach out and get usable support at a time when you need it. So Thankyou Joian for your help it is really appreciated.

Yotpo is fantastic and my agent, Arven was a life saver when they helped me connect my store and restore my reviews that I thought I lost. Amazing! I ended up having to call back in and Doner P was outstanding and assisted with all of my queries. Patient and understood exactly what I needed to get done.

I got a lot of help with this app. I couldn't update my reviews for anything and the nice and helpful people, Rhenant and Jeorge Kenneth V; they helped me so much. Now I see my reviews and I'm so happy. I'm looking forward to working with this app.
