Yotpo has helped us know our customers by reading and listening to their reviews. It's a very easy platform to work with, and customer service is amazing. I personally worked with John B, who late at night helped me, and found solutions for me that worked instantly. I honestly recommend this service to all!

Excellent Service! Extremely fast response time! I had a minor issue with widgets not displaying exactly where I wanted them, and this issue was resolved straight away thanks to Rhenant and Allen :) Definitely recommend!

We have been using Yotpo for several years and I find the platform easy to use. The Customer support make themselves available 24/7 and are always helpful with our questions. We have worked with Warly on several occasions and he pays attention to the details. I hope they continue to staff their team with people like Warly.

This app doesn't load. Its not sending review requests. I cannot export my reviews even. I pay 169 per month for this app and it doesn't even work.

I've stuck with YOTPO because they don't disappoint! I've had to change my themes several times due to errors in the themes and they have helped me so quickly every time to get my reviews installed back in! Thank you all for your hard work!

Yotpo is a great platform for aggregating customer reviews. The backend interface is fairly easy to navigate and set up.

So this support chat relieved the triple decker stress sandwich I created for myself unknowingly. When I reached out to support via the live chat, and JOHN G, stepped in to assist; he understood what the mistake was I made but assured me he could help. And then in my opinion, put on his Yotpo cape and began to get to the bottom of what needed to happen. He explained it to me but I was confused and didn't hesitate to let him know and he graciously offered to assist and stuck with me until the task was correctly and successfully completed. I relaunched my site on a new platform and it’s known that reviews are a must have for selling online so JOHN G. being able to get those product reviews onto the new site for me “added years onto to my life” lol, as I told JOHN as much while he was assisting me. So this twofold moment for me, I offer up for Yotpo to use in future marketing campaigns for the platform; and that is, what a day I choose to give the Yotpo app a try when I had my woo commerce site because I’ve changed platforms but I’m still able to get use of the reviews for the products that received them and even when I could have proverbially have “shot myself in the foot” trying to get the reviews from old site to the new one, the Yotpo support can help turn bad misstep into a good look; because they know they’re product. We recently switched to Yotpo reviews (from Stamped) and it was much easier than we'd feared. The Yotpo support team are exceptional. John B installed the widget in our theme for me and was super fast and helpful.

I am a small business and was looking for an efficient review App, easy to install. I am very happy with the return I am getting from the Yotpo App and the flexibility it offers. Now, speaking of excellent user experiences, gotta mention, "John G" from customer service. We've had our fair share of chat conversations with the customer service team, but John G. stands out with his patience and dedication. His ability to not just hear, but really listen to our issues made all the difference. We had the task of importing 100+ reviews. He patiently guided us through the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. And bonus points for taking the extra step of directing us to utilize features we were completely unaware of! Some other agents fell short here, but John G. was a game-changer.
