I have talked with customer supoort through the chat feature many times now and tonight, was blown away by how the agent, Rhenant T, was able to fix my Shopify store's malfunctioning reviews carousel within my store. It looks and works perfectly now! Saved me so much time and effort! Thank you so very much!
Great experience with Stephanie on chat support. Quick responses and helped explain my problem so I can avoid it in the future.
So far it has been easy to use, but I haven't had it long. I have been most impressed with the customer service though, and am giving my recommendation based on the help I have received from both Eric and Stephanie.

I moved from free version Judge.me to Yotpo as Yotpo looked great and lots of raving reviews about it. I was told about the visual UGC plan which I also added. The review app is great that you can leave images - however, the customisation of the email for review requests is quite basic and clunky. If you want to update the follow up email it resets everything. The visual UGC has some issues too - with things like product album not being able pull from a source of images. I've also had a few issues with the homepage gallery how it shows up on shopify - in which support has taken about 5 days and counting to fix when I thought it should be a simple fix. Uncertain about this being worth the money as of yet as there is not much perceived perks compared to free version of judge.me yet. I'm glad I didn't pay for the prime version that sales recommended yet as it wouldve felt like even more wasted money.

We've been using Yotpo for a bit, and really want to comment on the support. Most apps don't provide the level or speed of technical support that Yotpo does. John G. stepped in and made the edits to our site that we needed in under 10 minutes. This level of support is what keeps companies coming back to Yotpo.

Updated Review 05/29/24: Yotpo continues to disappoint me. I was chatting with them on a weeknight about some issues with their widgets and this is what I see: Let me transfer you to one of our support agents. 7:08 PM All our agents are currently busy. 7:08 PM How about I create a ticket for you? A support agent will follow up with you soon. So BAD. If you're considering Yotpo, please know that customer support is nonexistent. We will be leaving Yotpo soon and advise others who haven't joined yet to please save yourself the trouble. There are better companies out there who don't just outsource their customer support like Yotpo, but who are actually available to resolve issues. ----- I'm updating my review because I've wasted so much time talking to customer support who does not know how to resolve my issue. I upgraded my plan to accommodate more reviews and Jeorge had mentioned it will automatically be resolved in a few hours. Sure enough, Yotpo let me down again and it still isn't fixed. Customer support requires extreme hand holding and does not have a process on how to fix common issues. I'm extremely frustrated with Yotpo.

Cannot rate completely yet as have not fully installed. I messed up my first go at importing and Customer Support (Doner) provided excellent assistant to quickly solve the problem. Very impressed so far :)
