The app works well although it is pricey. They are the best way to collect reviews that I have found. They have a great support staff, Daniel helped me out so quickly when I updated themes to Shopify 2.0 and needed reviews put on the collection pages. I do wish they would allow dynamic discount codes for review requests.

I had a challenge getting reviews to show on my Collections page so I started a live chat with Yotpo and Jeorge Kenneth V was awesome at understanding my challenge, logging into my site and fixing it for me as well as going the extra mile in helping me with additional requests around modifying the styling of the reviews. Every chat I've had with Yotpo has been very helpful. Thank you for the great service.

Great customer service. Its a shame that the app is so limited though, only being able to display 9 reviews and not caroseling through the whole collection. I would like to request this feature. Thanks

I received great support from Joyan Z. I was worried for a long time because the review display was not Japanese on the site, but when I consulted with him, he was very polite, kind, patient, and speedy to solve the problem. It was very dependable. A few days later, I received great support from Ruzsel John N. He was also very dependable. I also had quick and great support from Allen M. and Arven S Great thanks!
