Be careful when you install, Yotpo will automatically start sending orders VS taking you through a setup process where you can customise how customers will receive reviews etc... Before I knew it a day had passed and the platform had already sent 80% of my monthly quota within a day. I sell products that need more time to review vs. their 14-day default flow. Not the greatest start for those businesses that have a backlog of orders requiring reviews. When you install make sure you go straight to the left-hand navigation and find "Review Request Flow" and deactivate the 14-day post-process flow they automatically start on your behalf. To do this, navigate to the three horizontal dots, left-click and hit the 'deactivate' button. The flow will stop and then you can customise what you need to customise. I know the platform will be great yet I find it strange it just starts sending reviews without a user setup process.

When i installed the yotpo and going through the steps, i got to last step to install the widget and had an erro. I reach out to chat and Doner P solved my issue and able to get the widget install. Thank you so much Doner.

I used Yotpo for a store I had a few years ago and loved it! It only made sense to use them for another store I started. A lot changes in a few years but I'm happy to see they still have great rates and amazing customer service. Thank you Joian Z for helping me get everything up and running on my new store!

Today, I upgraded my Shopify theme, and lost some of my customizations, one of them was my Yotpo product Reviews, it was Sunday evening, and I panicked....I was lucky to find Warly, Yotpo Support rep, who kindly helped me restore all my App Settings in a heartbeat! I will continue working with Yotpo since they have the best customer support on the planet!

Awful. You can't see how the app would show in-store. When you want to delete it, you have to give Yotpo permission. Very hard to use and even harder to get rid of

I had an outstanding experience. Rheneat was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He cleaned my store up and installed several features that added great value to my store. I’m not in any way techy and I just couldn’t figure it out myself. He followed up with me as promised. Definitely the Best of the Best.
