Reiner, Ronel, Daniel, Simoun, Doner and Howell at YotPo was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed. YotPo has very good service and they are a good company to work with! They are very knowledgeable about their product!

I had a minor hiccup due to user error and Daniel from C/S was able to help guide me through the issue and fix it for me. He provided quick and concise customer service and made it easy for me to understand why I couldn't do what i need to do lol. Thank you so much!

Warly was superb and managed to manually adapt to my problem and helped me to reach my users in a very efficient manner. Normally I was supposed to upload a very tricky file on my own , and when I reached out to him asking for extra support there was no questions asked. Just great service ! This is the way that you can only except to get served from the best in the game. Again very happy with the service and Yotpo continue to be a very big part to our customer satisfaction journey

Very helpful Support Chat with Simoun Francis. Helped with some coding to get the reviews tab live which was way beyond my capability . All fully working within a few minutes of starting the chat. Fully recommend. Had a second query which was also dealt with very professionally by Kenneth John M who even wrote some custom code to resolve our query. Great all round support chat - friendly and knowledgeable.

easy to use! I wish the interface was a bit more dynamic (customizations update on the site in real time, etc), but I think they will get there. Very simple.

I thought that moving reviews from our old product to our updated products was going to be a hassle. Luckily Jeorge, was there to walk me through every step. I will be quick to ask for more help if I need it.
