Wow - had a question this morning about how to add the reviews carousel to my homepage and Donor fixed it within the hour! Responded quickly to additional follow ups and I’m very happy with the results. Awesome customer service!

One of the worst apps I've ever used in my experience on Shopify. Typically I don't leave reviews, but this was frustrating. The product was highly bugged and the interface was never properly updated. Customer service was excellent, and of course, I'm the bad apple of the bunch, but nonetheless, you can't overcome a bad product. UI/UX probably needs a major overhaul.

Allen M. was so helpful in getting my account set up with Yotpo. We had two existing accounts from a previous experience and I needed to close one in order to set up a fresh start. He was quick to respond and easy to work with. My issue was taken care of in just moments. We are now ready to get started and start collecting reviews on our site!

The support team is great, helps in time record, especially Joian Z :) The app is good but you have to pay for most of the options and the email customisations.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support. Had an issue with displaying imported reviews, but Kenneth John M helped sort it out in no time at all. Highly recommend it any store looking for a flexible, usable review app.
