YotPo support (Doner P) was really helpful in addressing some small display issues on the shopping cart. We've been using the app on another Shopify store for years and are very happy with it. So much so that we didn't hesitate to install it on our most recent Shopify Store (sister brand company). It does everything we need and easy to adjust the settings to match our brands.

Honestly, probably the only service that is worth paying over $200 a month for reviews. Run away from the others.

Ruzel J was fantastic. Give that young man a raise! He was super helpful and a wonderful individual to speak with! Seriously give that fella a raise. Quickly fixed my issue and got everything up and running super fast.

I've been using the Yopto app for my Shopify store for 2 years now, and it's been a great addition. The functionality of the rating app is top-notch and has really helped with customer engagement. A special shoutout to Ruzsel J and Daniel from the customer support team. They helped me super quickly and were incredibly efficient in resolving my issues. Their support made the setup process smooth and stress-free. Their assistance was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Just got the app and has been great! Needed help adding star rating and thanks to Doner P. we got it up in running! Customer service has been great so far! update: we had to update our theme to the latest version so we had to re-add the star ratings. Ruzsel J was super helpful and fixed the problem
