Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised how responsive support is and generally obvious to use the platform is. I know they recently cut some support staff so I hope this isn't a dated take, but every time I've needed help it's been incredible. Product also does what it needs to.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vincent from Yotpo Support on a fairly complex issue involving Yotpo Reviews. From the moment we connected, Vincent was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly understood the problem and resolved it efficiently, walking me through each step with clarity and confidence. It’s rare to experience this level of customer support—especially when the issue isn’t a simple one—but Vincent handled it flawlessly. Great communication, fast resolution, and genuinely helpful. Huge thanks to Vincent and the Yotpo team!

I have had a horrible experience dealing with [email protected]. I was contacted on Cyber Monday stating that they want to speak to me about signing a new contract for about $7000. I forwarded them Okendo pricing at $299/ month which I had the rep at Okendo confirm was exactly what I needed. I was then told by Yotpo the $7000 per year price was for an account strategist. We never use an account strategist. We only ever log into manage reviews. I asked them to rebate me for the years we have been over paying and to adjust my monthly price to match Okendo $299 with UGC, and 3500 orders per month but he has since gone missing. I am asking to speak to a manager and no response. BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY GET YOU INTO A CONTRACT AND DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT THE BASIC PACKAGES for $329 they have on their own website which will save you thousands per year. We are a small business. They have been absolutely taking advantage of us for years.

This app is intuitive, and displays reviews in real time. I like being able to send emails to consumers to request reviews and being in control of the content. their customer service is great as well I've worked with several of their customer service reps who are all super responsive. Being able to chat in real time is a game changer. Thank you to Claire and to Reymond N who helped me with my theme issues!
