Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We've been using Yotpo for a couple of years now. Ran into an issue updating our theme and requested support to get our reviews showing again. Warly went above and beyond making sure our initial issue was fixed and also made some additional optimizations which had been bugging us for a while. Really appreciate the great support!

Really love Yotpo! I just had a quick question and used the online chat support option where I was able to chat with a customer service agent within seconds. Kenneth John M was the agent and was SO helpful, prompt and very good at explaining the issue (which was an issue on my end, not Yotpo) Overall 10/10 service from Kenneth John M.

A heads up: The pricing listed for this app is very misleading. The price now seems to depend on the number of emails sent. So "$15" monthly turned into $49. ETA: NO where on their pricing did it say "starting at" at the time I installed this app

Doner P. was extremely helpful and patient as he helped us add the review widget to our Shopify store. He went above and beyond assisting us in getting the module tweaked precisely to our needs. When it came time to upgrade our review pkg, I accidentally chose the wrong tier and Rhenant was super helpful in adjusting our plan for us. The resolution took longer than I would have liked, but it did happen and we are excited to see what the Growth plan helps us accomplish for our business.

The service James provided was excellent. He knows what he is talking about and helped me navigate a stressful issue we were having with our reviews. I would highly recommend Yotpo as an app for generating reviews and also James from the service department.

UPDATED: I had to reach out to support again and Kenneth was helping me. He fixed the widget and made sure it was working properly before we ended the chat. He was awesome to work with and super kind! I've talked with Ronel twice and each time they were super proficient and helped with all of my needs. I didn't feel rushed and felt like he really wanted to answer my questions. I had to reach out to support again and talked with Kenneth John M. He was awesome and fixed my issue super quickly. I always have the best experience with support!

UPDATE : Joian Z helped me with the incorrect email address on an order that was to be sent for the review. I very much appreciate the customer support I have received without after installing the app. Very professional, quickly handled and resolved the issue. UPDATE: Kenneth John helped me in integrating my brick and mortar with this as which makes this product even better! Professional customer service throughout. I signed up for the free version to try the app out and wasn't able to upload as easily as seemed. I contacted support and WOW - Ronel was amazingly helpful in handling the upload issue and walking me through every step. Very happy with the professional customer service and support. Because of this experience and tech specialist, I will certainly increase my plan level for more features as there is great customer service behind this app.
