I have been with Yotpo for a long time and the app is great, it's super helpful that it will automatically send out review requests, it's easy to navigate and the push to social is a nice feature. Thank you for the support today Simoun!

So I've had Yotpo for Over two years now. I've been using their SMSBump app for text and email marketing. I finally decided to add their customer reviews app. Their directions were so simplified that I was able to add a section and get things setup on my store within 5 minutes. I'm so grateful for this app. Thanks!

Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.

Wow I can't believe how long it took me to finally get reviews on my site. Yotpo support, especially Simoun Francis S, took the time to actually go into my site and paste the codes where I needed them to make everything look perfect. I am so thankful for people who care to help their customers. Thank you Simoun!!! Feb 2023 update: I just worked with Albert V who helped me re-install all of the reviews widgets. It was so easy to work with Albert and he got it done so quickly. Thank you Albert for your help, I appreciate it!

We have been using Yotpo for a couple years for customer reviews on our website and just recently upgraded to be able to syndicate reviews to Walmart (with invaluable help from Daniel, one of their support engineers). We've had a great experience and would definitely recommend Yotpo, and we'll of course continue using it going forward.
