Great app with great service and excellent features. They are always there to help you o the chat with any queries and questions. This app can take you from small to large with all the upgrades. Good customisation as well

Moved to Yotpo because its one of only a dozen or so reviews providers for which Google and Walmart both recognize as trustworthy and therefore allow syndication. I will admit that the import (from old provider) was not smooth, however the support has been phenomenal. Particularly from Warly S. Thank you Warly!

Not a happy camper. Not getting straight answers to many issues. Review not pushing, Review not publishing, rewards not working properly. You are back in the penalty box again!

I upgraded to Yotpo for reviews recently. I'm fairly satisfied with everything. I like the user friendly menus. Also, the support team is very helpful. Doner P. helped me out on some issues instantly.

the app is good. tyring to do anything on the app is complicated. chat support is usually helpful. but not always

It helps a lot, and has a quick customer reply. I encountered a probelm when installing widget, the online customer service (Rhenant) help me fixed the problem.

Little complicated but they have good support and will get the job done. A lot of integration with google and customer interaction that I wasn't expecting either.

Even starting on the Free Reviews plan this app is the leader of the pack. Lemuel Yotpo was awesome in providing prompt and useful direction with my questions. This looks like a winner. Also Yotpo Radly was an awesome help in finding a tweak that I needed.

Very useful app to gather reviews. Imports from old site were also simple. When we needed quick assistance, support was very helpful and got it sorted quickly.

Yotpo was recommended by another shopify brand I'm familiar with, and so I decided to try them out. Not everything has been easy to set up without support, so I've had to reach out a few times, and definitely was able to get everything I needed through the chat function. Having access to timely customer support is super useful!

i have used Yopto in several shops because of its ease of use, while the function is limited if you only use it with free plan.

I have the app installed and was having an issue. Contacted live chat and Warly was so helpful and solved the issue straight away. 10 stars for customer service and the app looks beautifully integrated to my site. And everything works perfectly!

It is a great experience for sure. Everytime i need help i get it. I use this app since one year and every problem that pops up we can fix with the support in less than an hour.
