Needed help setting it up, since web browser wasnt showing any saved changes, and an agent was there to help every step of the way providing details and explaining how to do as well. Very professional & outstanding. Love this app, hope it helps me with getting reviews for my products. Thank you very much!

Great app compared to some competitors. Import from previous platform is also possible to not to loose previous reviews. And, lighting fast customer support. thanks guys

Makes it so easy to collect reviews! Whenever I need help I am able to connect with an agent very quickly. James helped me recently so I could manually request reviews on a specific product I am trying to grow.
