Really good customer service from this app. I had a problem with something and tried to chat with an agent and it was quick. The agent knows what he is doing and very helpful. swift reply from the customer support. Fixed my problem immediately, but apparently it could only be done at their end... I wish I could have done it myself without needing help from customer support. Overall the app is worth it :) Another thing I'm not happy with is that the language of the new widget can't be change yet

I transferred my store to a new platform and although the reviews transfer was arduous Yotpo stepped in several times and made the process painless. They did all the heavy lifting, now my hard won 4.95 rating is visible for all to see on my brand new shiny website.

I needed help installing reviews on my websites home page. I used the chat on the app and the response time was super quick. Lemuel helped by adding it to my home page for me but he also helped me understand how to do it myself in the future. He was super Nice.

I installed Yotpo in 2019,. Spent a little time setting it up which was pretty straight forward and let it run. I found I don't need to monitor it at all as it will send an email notification when a new review has been submitted. I have only had to contact support once and the answers were clear and concise. Overall it's been a great addition to my website.
