I spoke with Simoun regarding the installation of YotPo on my website https://www.sexdolls.com and he was absolutely amazing with his responses and more than proficient in English. So far it looks like this app is perfect for displaying my reviews and I can add custom views around my website. Looking forward for my account to update so I can see the carousel in action and get a review tab on my product pages. I Highly recommend Yotpo instead of Trustpilot as they are cheaper and their support is clearly a lot more competent and caring! Thanks Simoun!

Excellent customer service from Shopify yet again. Their agents are so insanely fast, efficient and handle what I struggle hours with in minutes. Great job!

I was super frustrated with some problems i was having getting the star rating to show and I (begrudgingly) used the chat box. I was sure I’d be asked things like — is your computer plugged in, and waste tons of time but he was SO HELPFUL! Logged in and fixed it all for me!

I would like to give a shoutout to the Yotpo Customer Service team for being super helpful. We recently had some issues in uploading reviews [uploaded reviews for the wrong variation] and they helped us until we got the correct one uploaded. Thank you Daniel, Rovi, Edilyn, Mitch and to all other support team members who have helped us. You guys are the best!

Die App funktioniert wie sie es verspricht und bietet viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Bei Schwierigkeiten ist der Kundensupport super schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Klarer Pluspunkt. Daniel hat bisher jedes Problem gelöst und ist dabei ausgesprochen nett. The app works as promised and offers many setting options. In case of difficulties, the customer support is super fast and very helpful. Daniel has solved every problem so far and is extremely nice.

I had an issue with the re-sending of review requests. I clicked the chat icon and resolved the problem in 10min. Very helpful customer support

Rhenant went above and beyond to help me with the specific CSS changes I needed on the review widget. They were able to match the theme I'm using on Shopify perfectly as well as make knit-picky changes I had requested. Thank you so much, Rhenant! You made a huge difference to our website.

I need to aware all the customers right there, This company is absolutely fraud and they just concern with money. I have subscribed their $49 plan and they are deducting $3000 from my card without my approval. Now I am going to Peruse against this company and also opening a dispute in Shopify so that they delist their App.

After looking into your account, we were able to confirm that your brand signed up for our annual plan which auto-renews each year. The app seems great (just installed), but I can say the SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. "Daniel P" assisted me with a number of widget installation issues and was super helpful, knowledgeable and willing to do more to make sure our site looks/works great with the app.
