Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I upgraded to Yotpo for reviews recently. I'm fairly satisfied with everything. I like the user friendly menus. Also, the support team is very helpful. Doner P. helped me out on some issues instantly.

It helps a lot, and has a quick customer reply. I encountered a probelm when installing widget, the online customer service (Rhenant) help me fixed the problem.

Little complicated but they have good support and will get the job done. A lot of integration with google and customer interaction that I wasn't expecting either.

Very quick when it comes to customer service. Doner P was great help and answered all my questions and helped me get started with using the app.

Very useful app to gather reviews. Imports from old site were also simple. When we needed quick assistance, support was very helpful and got it sorted quickly.

Had great help today from Rhenant T, fantastic help! I needed to push my review as there was a fault, and the issue was solved quickly, whilst keeping me updated

I contacted support and was pleased they were able to advise me on why images hadn't shown up yet. Thanks to Kenneth John M for the patience.

Yotpo was recommended by another shopify brand I'm familiar with, and so I decided to try them out. Not everything has been easy to set up without support, so I've had to reach out a few times, and definitely was able to get everything I needed through the chat function. Having access to timely customer support is super useful!

I need some customization done in order to work with our template. I spoke with Doner from support and he went above and beyond. This is a great app and I highly recommend!

i have used Yopto in several shops because of its ease of use, while the function is limited if you only use it with free plan.

I have the app installed and was having an issue. Contacted live chat and Warly was so helpful and solved the issue straight away. 10 stars for customer service and the app looks beautifully integrated to my site. And everything works perfectly!

It is a great experience for sure. Everytime i need help i get it. I use this app since one year and every problem that pops up we can fix with the support in less than an hour.

To be fair, I just started using this app to generate product reviews. I like how customizable everything is so that I can keep visuals on brand. So far I really like it and the customer support has been above and beyond awesome.

Prompt customer service, clear interface for reviews. Only thing is if the reviews could be collapsed into a few pages rather than a long list of them showing up together.
