5+ PLUS. Joian helped immensely with the set up process and all of my questions! Yotpo made it so easy to connect with Shopify. I can't wait to see how these reviews grow the brand... James was also SUPER helpful for me when I needed extra help with reviews later on :)

Great app. Used the free version for years, always liked the look, feel and functionality. The reviews really stand out. I finally ponied up for a paid version, and have been blown away by the excellent support via live chat - a special thanks to "Sugar Ray" on the Yotpo team for spending 2 hrs with me @2am lol. A company is only as good as the support they provide if something isn't going quite right or is tricky, and a heavily tweaked template can result in those tricky situations. Thx guys, will be installing in future builds, too. Update 2023-01-25 - more great support, this time from Simoun Francis S. Yotpo isn't the cheapest option, but their customer service has saved me a ton of time and headaches, which has made it worth it. Update 2024-08-25 - more great support, from Doner - thanks for the help buddy! Update 2024-08-30 I was back for more upgrading, and Arven S made it quick and easy and gave me a little lesson in coding, too :) Update 2024-10-22 Thanks Daniel P for the help via chat today! Thanks Yotpo!

Great app compared to some competitors. Import from previous platform is also possible to not to loose previous reviews. And, lighting fast customer support. thanks guys
