Yotpo: Product Reviews App

Such excellent and efficient service. Ronel is amazing at helping me out put all the coding in etc. I was struggling and he offered to do it all for me. What a champion. We had to do this as we changed our shopify theme so all the review placements needed to be done again. With regards to review im not sure how our store would obtain all the reviews it has since we started, thanks to Yotpo! A must if you want to obtain reviews from customers at best! :) Thanks Dean - D&A Health - South Africa

We are curently only starting with Yotpo - but the service so far is brilliant. Already talked to serveral people for example Simoun Francis S., Radly E., Nick S. Joian Z. and many more. They were all really friendly and helpful. We Cant wait to start the whole journey :-)

Yopto is by far the best! I love them they are super helpful with their online chat! they reply fast and everyone is really friendly!

I spoke with Simoun regarding the installation of YotPo on my website https://www.sexdolls.com and he was absolutely amazing with his responses and more than proficient in English. So far it looks like this app is perfect for displaying my reviews and I can add custom views around my website. Looking forward for my account to update so I can see the carousel in action and get a review tab on my product pages. I Highly recommend Yotpo instead of Trustpilot as they are cheaper and their support is clearly a lot more competent and caring! Thanks Simoun!

I was super frustrated with some problems i was having getting the star rating to show and I (begrudgingly) used the chat box. I was sure I’d be asked things like — is your computer plugged in, and waste tons of time but he was SO HELPFUL! Logged in and fixed it all for me!

We recently had some issues in uploading reviews [uploaded reviews for the wrong variation] and they helped us until we got the correct one uploaded. Die App funktioniert wie sie es verspricht und bietet viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Bei Schwierigkeiten ist der Kundensupport super schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Klarer Pluspunkt. Daniel hat bisher jedes Problem gelöst und ist dabei ausgesprochen nett. The app works as promised and offers many setting options. In case of difficulties, the customer support is super fast and very helpful. Daniel has solved every problem so far and is extremely nice.
