Hi , I have been terminated the zendrop from my Shopify store as somebody tried to create orders from my shop. While I uninstalled the zendrop from my store they have billed me of 39.42£ . Now I am trying to get in touch with zendrop but I can’t get access to them. Weather it’s a third party but how I gonna know that they not going to charge me next month . I had not set up that time .

It is clear to me that Zendrop is not ready to handle massive orders they are very slow I just did the test I received a couple of orders for the same product and I split it between zendrop and Dsers My Dsers order already arrived to my customer but the Zendrop order hasn’t arrived yet, I also believe in the monopoly going on and the game of affiliate Zendrop is clearly spending lots of money on that because almost everyone out there keep mentioning Zendrop but in reality Zendrop makes lots of mistakes and they take their sweet time to fulfill orders. So think about before you spend money here oh by the way they are a lot expensive than any other platform.

I love zendrop, great product and the best support! But the new billing feature is ass! You get charged 19$ for linking one product!

Zendrop are a quandary - they have superb customer service (people), but they are let down by a system that really isn't set up for 'supply'. The sheer number of 'variations' on a single supply item, from different supply points, means that the store owner is left wondering if they connected the right item, or if the (occasionally nice) pictures actually show the items they are offering. BTW Zendrop - check the pics, most people are struggling with Google and it's archane policies on images, MINIMISE THE TEXT AND MAKE IT LANGUAGE RELEVANT. The number of times that an item gets 'pulled' is odd, when in reality there are multiple other suppliers, which means that you cannot be certain that the 'listing' you have won't give you dozens of rejected orders, as Zendrop don't connect one listing to multiple suppliers, that's up to the store owner to manage. Zendrop's Plus listing subscription is also dubious - there are no tangible benefits to this other than more items (why would you restrict the listings that someone can have?) and some really quite boring 'tech talks' that are hosted by very 'cool' guys telling you how they are coming to you from their new apartment, and taking 5 times more than required to 'introduce' you to Zendrop's listing systems, or how you basically need to learn every AI package out there if you're going to succeed. CJ don't charge you to list their items, they just want you to sell them.

Pretty good overall expierence. Unfortuanatly they still have not sorted the extension for aliexpress import. 1 start saddly. Great customer support tho so ill leave a 3

It's a very good app and easy to use, however the search is not advanced enough. It is difficult to find products to match the title and there is no photo search, which there is in others. Order fulfillment takes a lot in general, the prices seem competitive though. They have lost 2-3 orders of mine but the support is well trained and offered a reorder soon after. What i would need more is better order and variant flexibility, meaning to be able to edit an order to add more or different variants and products.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic. But the app is horrible. Does not import products from AliExpress and has caused lost hours of work and inability to import new products

I like the support Thomas is giving to us. it is very nice to have someone to ask. (i didn't have luck with support) I don't like having the one supplier from china. I use to buy from china (temu, ali, etc) and the product quality, I know, is not good. But considering the price i could live with.... When we sell we have to add markup and other expenses and the final product price is very high and the quality is the same. i only hear people making thousand dollars per minute but not me. I spent so much time on theme, adjusting, reading, trying different products and I only had one sell from tiktok in 3 months, which I had to return... :( I tried all other dropshipping apps and I disliked them more. I wish I could have 30 minutes to show to someone and get some suggestions. I didn't hire anyone because I don't trust them. Bombarding my email with one or two lines with same sentence without even a subject. At his point is a matter of time before I move to something else... Oh, please, when you have a new theme version, have it tested. I have 25 years experience testing softwares for companies like apple, adobe to name some and they never released something without testing. Raise your bar...

This experience wasn't a positive one for me, it was very frustrating. Due to an internal problem, I was unable to import products from AliExpress. I was unable to get in touch with support on the website due to an on-site issue. On the website it's the only way it provides instructions for reaching them and doesn't offer any other alternatives. Contacting them was a nightmare. They did not answer through Instagram. I found their support email on their YouTube channel. The email Support was extremely quick, which is the only reason why I am still giving a 3 start. I was connected to an agent via email. The support team was great and respectfull . They issued me a refund without any hassle.
