Zendrop’s support has been great so far. If the initial AI bot response isn’t able to help, the human support team steps in, they’re genuinely attentive, push to get a real solution, and keep you updated through the whole process.

So I just started using Zendrop. I find it very easy and integrates without a hassle. Also the support is SPOT ON! I had different types of questions regarding varying topics. I was always assisted within a short timespan and if I contacted support in the evening, the chatbot was actually able to give me very detailed information. When the Chatbot could not handle it, it would reply to me that it would forward my case to the ''live-team'' the next day. And so it happened. I had very detailed questions about certifications of products and the live-team took less than 1 day after the request, to give me all the documentation on the product. Absolutely standout support right there!
