They have great customer service. The catalog of products is full of great products. The only problem is that the product I wanted to source wasn't on there so it takes a bit longer for them to quote but they helped me through the process

Zendrop is easy to use system with an amazing support team like Darlene she and the team with every up and downs they always have time to help you with a professional understood response, i have been using Zendrop for well over a year and im happy with the app for now. thanks team

I love this app! If i need help and i write a email then Zendrop answers me very fast and a lot of cool products! But for the shipping i don’t know but i will see how good is the shipping when my product comes for Dropshipping if it’s good the shipping then 5 Stars but for now 4 stars but is the best app only if the supplier is good.

very helpfull, always respond very quickly, the only complaint Zendrop's reports for year end is difficult to get and not accurate for tax purposes. should have 1 report showing costs of goods and shipping costs per order

I would definitely recommend zendrop. You actually get to ask questions and chat during their live sessions, very helpful! They are also very responsive when you need help with the system. They are still working on getting more products but overall, definitely try this company!

It has been more that one year that we have been working with Zendrop, during low-medium-high peek moments, it never failed to surprise us. The interface is user-friendly, the access at managing account, orders, products linked, and tax statements, is pretty convenient. It works perfectly with Shopify, and the product listings available are enough to start with your ecom. Would definitely recommend for everyone who is just starting out.

It is in fact a great app for dropshipping. Their staff is always there and willing to assist. I have pointed out some areas of opportunity to improve which I don’t see any action taken as of yet.

The assistant was helpful with the minor problems i had. The app is really easy to use. Only bad thing is prices for U.S products. I don’t know if it’s fast shipping or this inflation but man are US products high.

I recently had the opportunity to use Zendrop for my business, and overall, it has been a positive experience. I am giving it 4 stars, primarily because the shipping times were a bit longer than anticipated. However, this minor delay did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction. What truly stood out for me was the ease of communication with the Zendrop team. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, their support was readily available, making the process smooth and efficient. While there is room for improvement in shipping times, the excellent customer service and accessibility make Zendrop a reliable platform for dropshipping needs.
