Amazing customer service and app! I have been using Zendrop for the past year, my queries are always answered by their team on their online chat, products are of very high quality and seamless integration with Shopify. I'm able to fulfil items automatically for my customers as well as for TikTok Shop. I was using another dropshipping app previously but have fully transitioned over to using just Zendrop now because of the high standard you get with them. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding Customer Support from Zendrop! I recently had to make a change to a customer order (#1095), and the support team—especially Nina—was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process. They not only understood my request quickly but also updated the product variants exactly as needed so the correct items could be sent to my customer. Their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. I felt supported the entire time and really appreciated their dedication to solving the issue. I subscribed through a promo that provided an annual Plus membership + $140 order credits for 140 USD. This included 20 sourcing requests too - which were sourced quite fast (within 1-2 days). The order credits weren't credited to my account but after emails with the service team, it was quickly rectified. So far, so good.
Got all my questions answered by Shawn. He was very thorough, courteous, and understanding. Great first-time experience for me.
