the support team is always very helpful everytime i reach out and they answer back fairly quickly. My Last experience was with Jobelle and she quickly resolved my issue and pointed in the right direction to make sure it doesnt happen again in the future.

Recently had some issues with the zendrop billing. So contacted the customer service agent . Shiza , was a great in helping me out with the issue . She was very patient with our queries and very considerate in regards to our problems . I highly appreciate the quick response and solutions provided. Thank You once again

zendrop is a great platform to work with. you can quickly add products and have a good team that is always there to help you. for example i needed a replacement product because it was broken. it was quickly and professionally solved by the zendrop team! thanks for that!
