Zendrop ha sido una herramienta increíble para mi negocio. Su plataforma es fácil de usar y ha simplificado completamente el proceso de gestión de pedidos y envíos internacionales. I encountered an issue disconnecting my TikTok Shop from Zendrop without disrupting operations. Resolving it required about an hour of collaboration between Zendrop and TikTok, as the disconnection couldn't be handled directly within Zendrop. Both representatives remained patient and persistent, ensuring all questions were addressed and solutions explored. Ultimately, TikTok resolved the issue, but the teamwork provided valuable insights. This experience highlights the importance of preparing for similar challenges in the future. We successfully achieved the desired outcome thanks to Zendrop's 24/7 customer support.

As a beginner to the dropshipping world and shopify I must say that Zendrop has the best support for any setup issues and general help. Everyone has been kind and encouraging. The app is easy to use and understand. I can clearly see product and shipping costs which helps adding new products quickly.
